Summoners War: Chronicles is a fantastic new addition to the Summoners War franchise. While it may not appeal to all fans of the MMO space, it’s definitely going to entice more fans of mobile gaming into bigger and broader open-worlds. There’s already a lot to love about the game, but I cannot wait to see where the developers take it after launch.

This game is extremely F2P friendly and the rates are actually decent. There is so much to do in the game. You constantly have something to work on whether it be leveling monsters, farming runes, working on professions, crafting, raids, etc. I honestly think this is the most fun i have had in an MMORPG in a very long time. I have been grinding away and enjoying every second even after almost 90 hours of playtime. They have events constantly and have even had 5* monsters from events (Water Bastet) as rewards. Playing games like these make me want to buy occasionally on good deals and support the company.

The game-play and controls take a while to get used to, but you can customize a lot most things in the settings. I actually enjoy the ability to play on steam and then pick it up on the phone as well. I think it looks a 100 times better on PC over phone, but that's to be expected.

The art is cute, the animations are pretty decent, the progression of the game feels unforced. As someone who has played an obscene amount of Summoners Wars Sky Arena, it's nice to be able to feel at home with the rune system here. I honestly wish they would take some of the updates they've made to Summoners War: Chronicles and implement them into Summoners War: Sky Arena. (like being able to pick what level you want your rune to power up to) No one has time to watch runes power up and fail, power up and fail, it's just not fun- so I was pleasantly surprised to see how they did it in Summoners War: Chronicles. Overall it's a solid game and I recommend trying it.

Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!
