If you're into Breakout clones to play local co-op on your Steam Link, Strikey Sisters is highly recommended. However, if like me you're a bit of a n00b at these kind of games, you either have to learn to "git gud" or be incredibly patient if you want to make any progress.

Where you might be used to Breakout clones offering bonus drops, and that dilemma of trying to catch it before zooming across the screen to get the ball before it drops, here with so much more going on that becomes a much more interesting proposition. You might be in hand-to-hand fisticuffs with an eyeball, trying to blat it before it explodes fireballs in all directions, while seeing a fall of coins to your right, and an iron ball power-up falling to the left, all while trying to judge in which direction the ball’s going to eventually come down.

Strikey Sisters is a great brick breaker game that vigorously incorporates new ideas to the genre. Cute characters, cool pixel art and refreshing gameplay ideas make for the best entry to the formula in many years. Dya Games surely is one of the indie studios to follow in the near future, if they manage to produce games bearing this quality from time to time.
