I came to this horror adventure rpgmaker game with low expectation and I came out pretty satisfied with what I got at the end.

Story: First off is the story, you start off in a doll factory with a girl named Catherine without any memory of how she got there. From there you must explore and find a way out of the building. the story is well written from beginning to end, the plot twist

    Story:
First off is the story, you start off in a doll factory with a girl named Catherine without any memory of how she got there. From there you must explore and find a way out of the building. the story is well written from beginning to end, the plot twist is a nice take and quite dark. The characters you interact with are like-able and have unique personality and way of talking, which is a nice take. The notes that the player find also adds a lot to the lore of the game. Reading through them and piecing the notes together is a nice side quest to do in the game. A downside to the story is that a few things are not fully explained (perhaps saving for sequel?), but aside from that, everything else are solid.

    Gameplay:
Gameplay is mostly simple, where the player controls Catherine and explore the factory. The players will have to avoid dolls, escape from monsters through chase sequences. Aside from those, they will also have to complete some puzzles to pass through certain area. There are also certain items that player can obtain to boost Catherine's stats such as speed and vision temporarily. The ability to add hotkey would have been nice though.

    Art:
The arts are very well done, reminds me of Tim Burton movies and Alice Madness Returns which fit into the horror genre pretty nicely. However, there are some inconsistent arts (flash back cutscenes) that do not look in the same quality as the rest of the arts. Gallery feature is definitely nice to have, picture is unlocked based on certain scene you go through in the factory, some are optional which make it nice to be able to explore the factory for them.

    Music:
The music and sounds are spot on and fit the atmosphere of the game, nothing out of the ordinary, but fit perfectly with the game. The little bit of voice acting is nice to have, but the voice actors could have done a bit better.

Stitched is definitely a great game despite some minor flaws. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in horror adventure games and I look forward to seeing what Fluffex Studios will bring to the table in the future!
