    These enhancements are great, sometimes even game-changing, but Paradox are offering so much for free that it makes the actual premium DLC less vital.

    Stellaris best dlc so far. Ascension perks are game changers. They offer substantial change to gameplay and a lot of rp potential. Civics areStellaris best dlc so far.
