    For me, there's really no question on whether to buy this or not. Doing a complete overhaul of the population mechanics, adding in trade as an important system, allowing you access to being megacorporations or mega-cults, throwing in a little slave trade while you're at it? For $20 US, it's a solid purchase.

The new economic system and corporate empires are interesting additions to the game, and I'd love to be able to give you full and fleshed out impressions of them, but it's impossible to properly play the game due to software related stuttering that begins in the mid-game and gets progressively worse, enemy AI is also completely defunct removing any challenge from the game and to cap it all off there's an absolute plethora of other less serious bugs. What we're left with is an expansion that feels rushed to launch and desperately under-baked.

    2/10 may seem like a very harsh score, but I consider that generous given that they sold me a game that over two weeks post launch I'm still unable to play it.    … Full Review »
