    I was not allowed to skip cutscenes. A sin of gaming, after 15 seconds of keyboard mashing, Alt+F4 was the only responsive command. Alas I never played. Zero out of Ten.

    Starts out like a classic cliché horror game, but later develops into something much deeper and more complex. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected course the game took.

    The atmosphere is amazing. Gave me chills and kept me on edge through the entire story without relying on cheap jumpscares. Decent voice acting and a compelling storyline that kept me going. The ending was    Starts out like a classic cliché horror game, but later develops into something much deeper and more complex. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected course the game took.

    Quite good as for small indie game, but unfortunately not good enough. Still enjoyed gameplay tho.

    The base idea was peculiar, and had potential. Its application is unfortunately terrible. It's really hard to get involved in the stories, due to the bad pacing and the continuous interruptions. There's worse disasters out there, but it's bad.

    Despite a few narrative stumbles en route, Stairs is a short but effective scarer wrapped in some very pretty packaging.

    The story may be a bit disjointed and disorienting, but it feeds the thematic piece very well in this regard as players dive deeper into Adams’ attempts to cope with his experience.
