    Graphics are adequate, interface is a tad rough but workable. For the small price, its a fun game, but don't expect it to hold your interest after a few scenerios (indeed I am at the 6th one and bored a bit). The manual needs to give you a few more clues, but was surprised to see a game maker express concern for those with epilepsy (went through other game manuals and haven't Graphics are adequate, interface is a tad rough but workable.     Talk about squandered potential. The annoying aspects of this game over power its interesting and compelling nature.

    At its best, the game uses its themes of college-age debauchery to frame believable challenges of land development, business management, and crowd control. At other times, however, attempts at hedonistic humor leak into the methods and means of gameplay itself, with frustrating results.
