Dec 4, 2023Spirittea keeps its promises, presenting itself as a relaxing and fulfilling adventure, albeit with some issues in its overall rhythm. Cheesemaster Games has done a great job combining a simulative soul with management elements that, together, contribute to create an enjoyable experience both for fans of these genres, both for those who have never tried similar titles.

Nov 14, 2023I think the developer, Cheesemaster Games, had the passion and the vision to make Spirittea something special. And, to be fair, one person’s boredom is another’s relaxation. However, all the parts should have been better planned out before they were assembled. Instead of a bunch of complementary systems that build into a satisfying, captivating, and relaxing game, it’s just an inescapable tub of annoyances. After that experience, I really need to take it easy for a bit.

Nov 13, 2023If you enjoy the likes of Stardew Valley, you’ll get a kick out of Spirittea. There’s serious joy to be found in seeing your bathhouse improve over time, but that’s only part of the fun to be found here. Simply existing in Spirittea’s unique little world is wonderful, making friends with its colourful residents – and enjoying a spot of karaoke. It’s a unique take on the genre, for sure, and if you’re not too spooked out by spirits, Spirittea is absolutely worth soaking up.
