    Really wonderful game for my Russian dirty soul =) It has everything: Russian trucks, woods, tons of dirt and wonderful birds singing... I would have more enjoyment if there were bears, but unfortunately I have to drive alone =(

    I heard this game was made by a very small team (like 3 people) out of money gathered via crowdfunding - if that is the case, then chapeau bas and kudos for the developer. It is an amazingly well optimized piece of code, that makes this game unique in it's clash with environment. I cannot judge now how big the game is (5 maps, already played 2 and 3rd in multiplayer with a friend). ItI heard this game was made by a very small team (like 3 people) out of money gathered via crowdfunding - if that is the case, then chapeau bas and kudos for the developer.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. What? Theses guys are 3? I dont believe it. Its impossible i would say 30. This game is perfect. I never player a game 6-7 hours in a row before this game... Yesturday my friend and i crossed a 2 meters deep river with a 38 feet trailer full of medium logs .. man the feeling ...its so real.. I an amazed by this game .. Please buy this game give it a try... i want theses guys to be more rewarded fort this masterpiece of the century we want update and more and moreee. God bless… Expand

    I didn't know anything about the game, but since I like driving and the physics looked nice, I bought it.

    It's awesome. It's like Dark Souls for driving fans. You have to be carefull, think about your steps and be carefull. Pro: Physics, Graphics, Immersion. It feels really great. The maps are nicely made too and offer huge challenges, especially in hardcore mode. Con: Camera    I didn't know anything about the game, but since I like driving and the physics looked nice, I bought it.

    It's awesome. It's like Dark Souls for driving fans. You have to be carefull, think about your steps and be carefull.

    Pro:
    Physics, Graphics, Immersion. It feels really great. The maps are nicely made too and offer huge challenges, especially in hardcore mode.

    Con:
    Camera sucks, but you can get it work well with the d-pad of the 360 gamepad.
    Just woods. A sand-map would have been great.
    A map editor or random generated maps would be nice too.
    Saving several maps would be nice.

    Positive: Terrain deformation, Tire pressure simulation, Realistic water behaviour, Driving physics in general, Maps are pretty big, and full of challenging terrain, You can mow down trees, Multiplayer, Vehicles of all sizes, ranging from the small UAZ (Jeep) to the monstrous 8x8 Maz., Winching    It's simple AMAZING!!! I love this game! it's really hard to play, but it 's very rewarding.

    Very Awesome Game, Cant wait to see final version. the Morph-able terrain and the tires are the Icing on the cake. letting moders go to town on this title is top notch by the developers.

    I f*cking love this game. You tool around in the mud and explore. The game is best played with at least 1 friend--it's such an enjoyable and hilarious experience. It's also interesting due to the different customizations for each truck.

    There isn't much of a game, its really just 1 mode with 5 trucks on 5 maps with only 1 saved slot available, saving a 2nd game will over write the first one without warning. Each map only has one objective, carry logs to a lumber yard. Updates were promised almost 2 months ago and nothing has been delivered. This "game" is incomplete at best, price point should be around $12.00

    This game is still in Alpha! This is not even Beta. Even more default FOV is 45! and on my 27" 1440p monitor looks terrible. Developers are lazy and don't do any dam thing Just look at the official forum and page. That is great idea for game, unfortunately game demo is in better state that official "release" :(

    This game blew me out of the water! The physics are amazing. If you just want to drive around and get covered in mud go do it. The only problem I see with this game is the camera but after a while you get used to it. This game has multiplayer which makes the game in my opinion.

    The Simulation is great. The Game in the Sim is great, its challenging and fun and not to easy as like many games/sims out there. The physics are great the Graphics are nice. I love it played it 20 + hours so far and only on 2 maps, so plenty content for me left. But i give - 3 points for: The Camera Controlls ( you get used to it but its annoying often) The Save System... pls let as do 2The Simulation is great.     There could be improvement and the game changes often but as it sits this is some of the most fun I had in a while. Off-road log trucking is what you do, with industrial and older ex-military trucks like the 6x6 Ural 4320. You take these machines and try to pull heavy loads of wood across the worst terrain you can imagine but mother nature in Siberia does not like you taking her trees soThere could be improvement and the game changes often but as it sits this is some of the most fun I had in a while. You take these machines and try to pull heavy loads of wood across the worst terrain you can imagine but mother nature in Siberia does not like you taking her trees so it will fight you with mud bogs and harsh dirt roads that will make most civilized highway truckers cry. And it's coop, so much fun coop play to be had here winching friends out while trying to save their load of logs and not flipping it. I actually did this kind of stuff in real life but only with small trucks and firewood, regardless me and every fellow I know love this game. Literally a video game made for everyone, even country folk get high enjoyment from this. The only reason for not being a 10 is issues with the publisher and the developer casting a shadow of doubt over the whole game and it's future.… Expand

    Honestly, I was looking at the graphics of the soft bodies of the tires with the deformation of the terrain while going through water. Wow this game is AMAZING. It is so incredibly frustrating but it is because of my patience. I see a hard muddy hill, and I think ill skip through the trees.... and it takes 3 times longer. The game is amazing!! Highly recommended to chill out and think with.

    Симулятор водителя лесовоза в тайге! Где кругом ГРЯЗЬ , деревья , болота, реки , озера и ГРЯЗЬ......местами почти не проходимая! Хорошая графика и ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНАЯ ФИЗИКА поведения машин на дороге(грязное бездорожье) Отличная физика бездорожного покрытия!( дорога разбивается со временем ели раз 5 проехать на груженых фурах по одному полугрязному участку...он становится разбитымСимулятор водителя лесовоза в тайге! Где кругом ГРЯЗЬ , деревья , болота, реки , озера и ГРЯЗЬ......местами почти не проходимая!     I have been following Spin Tires development since 2011. I supported the game on kick starter for $150, got access to the early private beta and I have been playing this a ton! I have 44 hours logged upon writing this review and I highly recommend this game to honestly just about anyone who owns a PC...

    No reviews really show off just how good this games actually is. One of the best features of the game is soft body physics something I have not seen in any other game. Tree branches flex and bend around your truck as you drive through the woods, the truck chassis cab and all its pieces bend and flex as you drive over uneven terrain, the rubber tires actually deform over the ground, mud tracks are physically made into the terrain in real time meaning if you circle around and drive over them your tires will bounce over the track you just made! All mud tracks are saved so if you drive over a road continuously it will get harder and harder to get through. If you crash your truck into the mud, the mud will stay on your truck exactly where it hit into the ground, drive a clean wheel over a small patch of mud and only that area will get covered in mud, chunks of mud will cling to your wheels and vehicle and slowly fall off... seriously the amount of detail the developers have achieved in this game has set a new standard in the PC gaming industry.

    The water in this game will blow your mind. Rivers, swamps, flooded roads, ponds, all look completely different some are muddy murky water others are clear and blue, the wide range of water is like no other game out there, its not just a water "plane" pasted across the entire map. The physics of the water actually deform flow and move around objects including your truck. Drive through a shallow pond and your wheels actually push the water around, drive through deep water and the textures on your truck turn wet only in the area the water hits. Dare to take a small jeep into a river and you will get carried down stream as your engine gets damaged and stalls!

    Some of the other features of this game is the ability to use a winch. You can winch onto a nearby tree and pull yourself out of the mud, use your winch to tow a vehicle back to your garage for repairs, or use your winch to help a friend pull themselves out of the mud while in 4 player online multi-player! A fully functional hydraulic crane can be installed on trucks to pick up logs, rocks, help roll over vehicles etc. The hydraulics actually have physics, a fully extended crane is much weaker at picking items up then if it were by the trucks side. All of the vehicles have an attachment system so you can mix and match the trucks abilities to your liking, such as a trailer hitch to pull large trailers, utility to repair damaged vehicles, cistern to refuel vehicles, garage points used to unlock new garages on the map, several different log carrying attachments and trailers and more!

    Many people say this Is not really a "game" but they are just wrong. Spin Tires has plenty of objectives that can be accomplished in various ways. The main goal of the game is to delivery logs from a lumber yard to each of the objectives on each of the 5 maps. Secondary goals are to unlock new garages which you can use to refuel and repair, find unlock and rescue abandoned vehicles scattered across the maps, unlock cloaking points that hide the map. You can do all of this single player or in small 4 player online matches. There are even over 40 steam achievements to unlock!

    Mods will make this game absolutely insane. The demo from last year has over 700 mods you could use, maps and trucks. Once they add mod support in this in a future update this game will go through the roof.

    This game has a big learning curve but once you learn how to play it can be a lot of fun. If this review sounds interesting at all please buy this game it is very much so worth $30!     Very good idea, good graphics and physics, but very big minus is absence of any story. Because of this only 6 of 10. They should do trucks upgrade system: for example different tires and rims, modification of suspension, power bumpers, snorkels, engine modifications, spare tires, several kinds of winches. It will add more interest and and pleasure

    218 hours of gameplay. I say this game really deservers 10 points ! U can not find something similliar than this i repeat u can not find, this is the best offroad game simulation ever :) the plans and comming updates will hit this game from top to mega top. All players who love driving should try this one :)

    And you can't simply bung your truck in four wheel drive mode with the dif lock on, mash the accelerator and expect everything will be fine because it probably won't... much like actual off roading. I spent seven hours on my first map delivering two loads of logs and all of it was amazing.

    No 10/10 however as there are still a few glitches to be ironed out particularly when it comes to unloading and unloading your truck which is a bit fundamental and should be easier. Plus also it is not the most stable of games but I have seen far far worse.    … Expand

    Le principe est simple : deux véhicules pour commencer, une carte, tiens maintenant va chercher du bois et transporte-le jusqu'à la scierie... et    Inattendu au tournant, ce simulateur de 4x4 et de camions soviétiques dans la taïga et la toundra, dans la boue et le cloaque d'un Gamelle Trophy, ce simulateur de bûcherons-livreurs est une excellente surprise voire une révélation...

    Le principe est simple : deux véhicules pour commencer, une carte, tiens maintenant va chercher du bois et transporte-le jusqu'à la scierie... et démerde-toi ! tu fais le fier-à-bras eh ben mon gars, tu vas vite comprendre cette lutte de tous les instants avec une nature hostile et intraitable, superbement modélisée ici, non pas par ses graphismes mais par son réalisme.

    Réalisme est le maître-mot de Spintires et les mots physique, adhérence, motricité, angle d'approche, inertie et j'en passe sont incroyablement proches de la réalité, du genre des routes de l'impossible et de l'extrême. On sent que le développeur russe Pavel Zagrebelny s'est documenté sur la question.

    En dehors de la conduite pas piquée des vers, on a également un autre aspect inattendu : la stratégie ! car la prise des bonnes décisions peut faire gagner du temps comme ravitailler, réparer tel engin, explorer la carte avec tel autre, découvrir un itinéraire moins infernal, ramener un véhicule embourbé au garage (sous peine de perdre la cargaison !) ou le ramener avec un autre ou gérer sa consommation de fioul en espérant aller au bout... et ainsi de suite.

    Difficile, ardu mais pas impossible, Spintires devient rapidement addictif tout au long de ses 6 cartes qui représentent une belle diversité de défis et de pièges (mention spéciale à la carte de l'innondation, démentielle).

    Une fois n'est pas coutume, les graphismes sont assez convaincants pour un jeu indé avec une gestion stupéfiante de la boue et des ornières en temps réel et une météo évolutive. La manette Xbox 360 est supportée et permet une conduite d'une excellente précision ; on regrette qu'elle ne serve pas à tout, car on se retrouve à jongler avec la manette et la souris en permanence ou presque.

    L'autre grief concerne la gestion de la caméra décidément très perfectible. A noter que l'on dirige les engins (dont un ou deux monstres à huit roues motrices !) toujours en vue extérieure, car il est vital de voir l'environnement impitoyable que l'on parcourt sous peine d'expérimenter quelques grands moments de solitude, coincé dans la fange jusqu'au cou.

    Nouvelle référence de la simulation intelligente, Spintires est un coup de maître et à l'heure actuelle d'une stabilité sans faille (c'était un kickstarter lancé en 2014).    … Expand

    I'm not much into cars, but I do like odd and niche games, and this is one of them. This was gifted to me, and I did have some fun playing. It was challenging, as I've tumbled onto the side more than once right away, and it would've been addicting had camera and interface wasn't so poorly implemented. The difficult-to-read 'help' interfaces were pulled straight from 1990s basic webpages, and the camera was frustrating in every way possible. If the camera wasn't hypersensitive, it didn't respond. The graphics and sound are fairly good, but the distances (which aren't actually too far) are blurry, and it reminded me of decade-old graphic settings/engine.

    This game has a ton of potential. If the controls and interface were improved, and the developers added more things to do, such as watching out for wildlife, then I'd rate this higher. Sadly, I can't--at least not yet.    … Expand

    A timeless classic with state of the art mud physics. No other game comes close to the offroad physics of Spintires and the game deserves way more praise than it has gotten.

Sólo con las físicas tienes diversión para rato, ya que son excelentes (me ocurre como con GTA IV). Le doy un 9 a Spintires por su arriesgada apuesta de hacer un juego novedoso y para un público muy concreto. Las personas que lo juegan o lo aman o no les llama laSpintires es un juego novedoso que apuesta por nuevas experiencias, y realmente no hay nada que se le parezca en el mercado. Sólo con las físicas tienes diversión para rato, ya que son excelentes (me ocurre como con GTA IV). Le doy un 9 a Spintires por su arriesgada apuesta de hacer un juego novedoso y para un público muy concreto. Las personas que lo juegan o lo aman o no les llama la atención, no hay punto medio. La nota la otorgo por ser el primer juego de la saga, el que dió el paso adelante y creó un videojuego muy de nicho. Nuestra misión como conductores de camiones rusos off-road es explorar el mapeado y después transportar madera desde el o los aserraderos hasta las zonas donde son necesaria la carga. No, no es perfecto, y cabe mencionar que se nota el bajo presupuesto en que el juego trae poco contenido, con las mecánicas que tiene se podría haber construido un juego enorme y lleno de contenido, pero aún así recomiendo jugar y probar esta experiencia.… Expand

    the mud physics is something new, its cool. can be frustrating, buggy. more interesting gameplay elements could be added, but playing in co-op is cool, winching each other out

    One of the best if not the best games for off-road physics. The game is relatively bug-free and is regularly being updated so most bugs you come across will be fixed within a month or so. You may ask why should I buy this instead of Mudrunner or Snowrunner? Well for one it is cheaper then both games so if you end up not enjoying slowly crawling through mud it is less of a loss. This isOne of the best if not the best games for off-road physics. The game is relatively bug-free and is regularly being updated so most bugs you come across will be fixed within a month or so. You may ask why should I buy this instead of Mudrunner or Snowrunner? Well for one it is cheaper then both games so if you end up not enjoying slowly crawling through mud it is less of a loss. This is also being regularly being updated with bug fixes whereas Mudrunner has been abandoned. Mudrunner is also pretty much a carbon copy of 2017 Spintires so it is quite buggy and won't have the new and improved mud physics. Snowrunner is also only available on the Epic games store and is incredibly buggy… Expand

    Best off-road game ever made even better than Spintires-Mudrunner. They are also still updating game they just added China Dlc.

    Old game but with a physics that can overcome many current games. I love this version but the only criticism is about the camera with bad angles, rotten handling and no first person

    I have never grown fond of cars because almost nothing resembles being a car while standing next to Mercury Park Lane from the '59. And to drive Mercury Park Lane from the '59 in the 21st century is not exactly the most practical thing to do with your savings. However, I keep remembering our family Wartburg – a blue station wagon which clawed us through Podkrkonoší or Jeseníky, and that rusty beast did beat everything, weathered from fir branches and mudded from forest roads around Rejvíz. Why so many words? Because it is a must to enjoy the Spintires.

    Without a doubt Spintires is the best trucking game I've ever played. When muddy physics are combined with crappy vehicles, the outcome is truly unique. Spintires is a survival game, where you have to make do with big cars in a soft terrain. [Aug 2014]
