Ótima jogabilidade, o único problema é seu level design que torna as fases muito confusas mesmo após tendo as revisitadas várias vezes.

A great remaster, much improved over the original version, I recommend this game:
Beautiful graphics and beautiful visuals, good gameplay, soundtrack (where we can choose between the Japanese or American version), and the game has a well balanced difficulty.

Besides the opening and closing cutscenes are great, made by Toei, the same company that animate Dragon Ball.
This game marks the first appearance of Amy and Metal Sonic, where we have a very striking battle against him.
And of course the main thing about the game, time travel, if we don't do it, the stages will have a bad future as well as the end, however if we travel to the past and destroy the machines, things can change.

However, it is not perfect, it has a lot of level desing problems, exaggeration in the art direction, which can cause visual pollution, the time stones are very difficult to collect, being some even unfair (but nothing impossible, after learning a technique ), and time travel can be frustrating.

But even so, I highly recommend this classic, it is worth a lot.

Não vejo necessidade em escrever um longo texto analisando uma arte, a nota é apenas um conselho para saber o quanto ela vale para sua vida.

I see no need to write a long text analyzing an art, the note is just a piece of advice to know how much it is worth in your life.

This game is a work of art! Sega can really out do themselves with new concepts and music. After the genesis update which added tails. I could never stop playing. Trust me when I say this. Totally worth the money!

    Best (classic) Sonic game EVER.
-Decent level design (at least for me)
-Unique time travel mechanics that became revived from Sonic 2's early development -Decent graphics -Very good controls -Good special stages and best of all... -Amazing soundtrack Before you play Sonic Mania on PC, play this first. It is usually $1.24 when it is on sale on Steam, same price for Sonic 1, 2, and 3

The Christian Whitehead re-release of Sonic CD is easily the best port of an already great Sega CD game. Despite its somewhat dark tone (art direction of the Bad Futures and some dark/spooky US music), it's a mostly lighthearted oldie-but-goody title that many retro Sonic fans will enjoy.

Incredibly short but very action-packed and exciting with some amazing environments for a sonic game in its day. How you could go forward and back in time made the game more diverse and interesting.

The original Sonic CD was released for the Sega CD in 1993, and since then it has been ported to many different systems. The PC version of Sonic CD features improved graphics, great music, and has the ability to play 1080p resolution.

This port is BEAUTIFUL. The graphics are breath-taking, the controls are perfect, the FRAMERATE is just so good, and the hit detection issues from the original is all gone. I love it, everyone should. It's Sega's blue hedgehog, at one of his finests.

Sonic CD is a great new addition to the 2D Sonic games and undoes every damage that Sonic 3D blast and Spinball did to the series' credibility. Sonic CD is one of my favorite Sonic games. I even bought the ill-fated Sega CD for this game. Unlike all other Sonic CD games where pretty much the only goal is to exit stage left, this game forces you to be more careful in how you progress through it by giving you the following goals.
    * Destroy the robot generator in the past
    * Destroy the Metal Sonic hologram in the past * Travel to
Sonic CD is one of my favorite Sonic games. I even bought the ill-fated Sega CD for this game. Unlike all other Sonic CD games where pretty much the only goal is to exit stage left, this game forces you to be more careful in how you progress through it by giving you the following goals.
    * Destroy the robot generator in the past
    * Destroy the Metal Sonic hologram in the past
    * Travel to good future and exit the level

You must travel between the past, present and future in order to accomplish these goals. To time travel you must hit the appropriate sign post and then maintain a good running speed for 3-5 seconds without getting hit or stopped. Finding the right spots for time travel can be very tricky. It is hard to do when you want to do it and sometimes too easy when you don't. Sometimes you may wind up in the wrong time period (such as the bad futures) while they are fun to explore they won't help you accomplish your goals and traveling into the past can be very tricky in the later stages. Each time period changes the layout of the level and the backgrounds and music and each zone has a good and bad future so each zone is really 4 zones in 1. The game is massive and you'll frequently go over the 10 minute limit on levels trying to accomplish the goals and find just the right spots to time travel. Sometimes accomplishing the goals can be a tedious hunt, in which case I recommend the following guide to help you out of those tight spots: http://www.soniczone0.com/games/soniccd/stagesandstory/ The guide has a level map for each stage with time travel spots noted.

The achievements are very fun extras that were introduced with the XBox360 release. The PC version does them very well but I must warn you that ALL achievements must be accomplished with Sonic rather than Tails (unlockable).

The PC port is just the perfect way to experience this classic game and is greatly enhanced with options to choose the video filters:
    * Retro - looks like an old CRT TV complete with scanlines
    * Smooth - bilinear filtering, looks good while preserving the blocky corners
    * Sharp (recommended)- very nice smoothing that does a great job of extrapolating sharp points and smoothing the sprites, And options to choose music:
    * Japanese - Highly regarded as one of the best Sonic soundtracks ever.
    * American - Similar and yet quite different. While most people prefer the Japanese soundtrack there are some gems in the American soundtrack such as Stardust Speedway's bad future.

An XBox360 gamepad is highly recommended for playing this game.

The control is great, I was using a keyboard because I don't have controller. One thing I noticed is that the frame rate is locked at 60 FPS, but it isn't noticeable and only know that because I had a frame rate counter. I would highly recommend this game for anyone that loves the Sonic series, retro platformers, or platformers in general. Expand
