    Esse jogo é simplesmente maravilhoso! Uma resgate da era experimental e criativa da 5ª e 6ª geração de video-games!
    Apesar de ser um jogo extremamente simples, isso não é problema algum. Porque em nenhum momento ele se tenta ser mais do que isso.

    Sludge Life pode ser resumido como uma aventura exploratória e criativa. Que te recompensa com bizarrices e causos engraçados conforme você continua e continua explorando. Algo aos moldes do outro infame jogo JazzPunk.
    Apesar de pequeno, o universo do jogo consegue ser extremamente criativo e muito bem fundado, as vezes te dando até detalhes que você não imaginava existirem. Uma das coisas mais divertidas do jogo, é trocar informações com os NPCs, e perceber onde historias se encontram. E em muitas vezes, o próprio cenário é responsável por contar essas historias. Os mais atentos aos detalhes, com certeza terão muitas coisas pra observar e tirar conclusões dentro desse jogo.
    Sludge Life é uma aventura curta, mas extremamente divertida. Aproveitei cada segundo dentro desse universo e me diverti muito com as variáveis historias que existem dentro dele. Podendo até dizer que o graffiti é apenas um bonus em relação a tudo isso.
    No fim, o que me desapontou em relação a esse jogo, foi ele acabar. E posso até cometer um erro querendo isso, com o receio de que a longo prazo essa formula encantadora do jogo possa vir a perder a graça. Mas sem duvidas esse jogo me deixou com um gostinho de "quero mais", e realmente adoraria poder explorar mais e mais desse mundo completamente psicodélico com seus habitantes malucos, mas encantadores!
    Sem contar que não é todo jogo que deixa fumar um ciggys de boas enquanto curte uma trilha sonora simplesmente foda pra caralho. Me viciei no single do Big Mud e quero um vinil duplo com a trilha completa pra já!    … Expand

    Sludge Life is a very weird game. This first person open world game is a trippy **** and doesn´t hold your hand at all. The art style, soundtrack and characters are really funny and unique and the exploration is really cool. The problem with this game is its length and the repetitive gameplay. But if you´re a genre fan, you will enjoy the experience!

    It's not much of a game. Other games that revolve around tagging graffiti include Marc Ecko's Getting Up, Sideway: New York, and Jet Grind Radio -- all of which are infinitely better than this clunky slog of a game.
    Steer far away from this title unless you have some extremely effective weed to accompany it -- because "stoned" is the only way to find any value in Sludge Life.

    Weird and yet intriguing game. You have to keep in mind this is a really short game (3h for 3 endings). The game is very artsy and pleasing to discover; each NPC is weirder than the last. The music bops. Great relaxing experience. It has some open world elements, side quests, platforming and items unlocks. It feels like a one shot experience, and a nice one.

    This is such a garbage game. It literally made me nauseous within the first 10 minutes of playing the game. it took me a good 4 minutes to figure out how to stop the **** VHS and the desktop twirl because those features make me think I'm on acid.

    When I actually started playing there was no tutorial - no introduction and the readme (when you start the game there is a "readme" file you    This is such a garbage game.     The game puts you into this weird world full with bright colours and NPCs, those bright colours also contribute to the acid trip. The controls are weird and clunky, the sensitivity was weirdly high for some goddamn reason which, not gonna lie, made me really **** dizzy.

    Overall, I would not want to touch this game a single second further. Thank god i got this game for free whilst it was on sale, I would not want to pay 10 or so $ to get this **** of a game.    … Expand

    This game is a masterpiece. This is almost a LSD experience. It's weird, fun and colorful with original graphics and an outstanding visual. I've got this game for free but it's worth every penny.
    When you start the game, it doesn't give you a tutorial or tells you what's your mission/objective, because there's not really one. I've read some reviews that said the graphics made them dizzy which is completely unfair, since the game allows you to turn off every visual effect, but the experience is worse though.

    -very repetitive boring walking simulator like brick with no story and bad annoying lvl design.
    -only good its goofy.

    One of the weirdest Games I've ever played. It's not a game you will play for longer than 2-3 hours. However, the artistic aspect is highly recommended. Both the slightly disturbing graphics as well as the grazy characters are fun and the gameplay is intuitive and entertaining.

    This game is leading in graphic and audio style, with the possibility to change filters to VHS, but in gameplay parts its not that long and doenst have that much of gameplay variety to be soomething more than just a stres-off game. The main plot is kinda short, which actually may be a plus, because the game may start be boring after more than 3-4 hours

    This game is very weird but it is interesting in that right as well the art style is similar to other games but vey intriguing as well the music is fantastic to give off a vibe to the game the only thing somewhat lacking is the game play but this seems to be an art piece first game second

    A solid game with an appealing, low budget aesthetic. Reminded me a lot of Pony Island in tone, mixed with a bit of angsty, late-ninties-playstation visuals. You're not gonna log 2,000 hours into it but it's more than worth playing at least once. Very Speedrunable.

    a psychedelic platform game, it is one of the weirdest titles that i played, but being a weird game doesnt mean that is a bad game, this is one of the best short games that i know, and the feeling that gives u the island and the characters in it, are the best for a vandalism game.
    another important factor is the humor of the game this is funny for how crazy it is.

    This game will entertain you, because it has a unique atmosphere and a great art direction, outside of which it encourages you the exploration to complete the game and do all the graffiti, although the world in general is small, but in the right measure for what the game proposes, it has several collectibles, Easter eggs, and it's fun in all aspects. Because it is a more "indie" indie game, it does its job well, and because it is more of a fun game, and for you to finish it in some hours, it doesn’t focus on history, being a free play not so hard to reset.

    => VERDICT:
    The verdict is that if you are looking for a more relaxed game, it gives you more freedom to do what you want, without arresting you to a story, and it's short and fun, you better play it and become the greatest graffiti artist that that polluted city has ever seen.

    I played for about an hour, but I stopped because of the ugly artstyle combined with the mindless nature of the game.

    Its a really good game, its funny interesting, open world. there are "achievements" and a ton of things to explore, it's not the best game, but its really good.

    A great, surreal experience. It's a walking simulator with spectacular visuals and a good message. Essentially a fun little sandbox to poke around in, with main core concept coming down to navigating around and just interacting with the funny **** and characters. If that doesn't sound appealing than it probably won't be, but I loved it.

    A nicely condensed experience which contains more world building than most "AAA" titles. Everything is uniquely stylised from the menus to the music. If your looking for a relaxing semi-platformer with interesting characters and music definitely pick this game.

    Devolver often delivers weird games that take familiar ideas or mechanics and deliver cool twists on them. Loop Hero is a very good example of how this approach can succeed. Sludge Life has good tunes and a new presentation style but it needed more in the way of either gameplay or narrative to deliver a truly cool experience.

    Sludge Life is a first-person, open-world platformer filled with strange sightings, childish humor, and a unique retro windows 3.1 UI. For the right platformer gamer, this divergence from the norm may provide several hours of enjoyment, but with no lasting draw to explore apart from graffiti tags and pictures, and no extenuating interaction with the world or characters, don't expect Sludge Life to grab you for more than a few hours.
