    Imagine ruining a game that people love instead of just making your own game. This was a community funded game and they just spat in the face of everyone who helped fund it. They can't create, only destroy

    I am glad game was on sale when I wrote this review. I didn't lose too much money. A giant middle finger to the developers and the publisher for the following reasons:
    - not giving a **** about their own community
    - sinking to worst of lows when it comes to censorship - not caring about original artistic vision - not bothering to inform players about upcoming changes and just forcing    I am glad game was on sale when I wrote this review.     - not bothering to inform players about upcoming changes and just forcing the changes on everyone
    - forgetting the fact this game exists only thanks to love and money of gamers who crowdfunded it's creation
    - banning people for speaking their minds about it
    - acting high, mighty and thinking they can tell people what is "problematic", "immoral", "wrong" etc.

    The fact that they suddenly decided after 10 years that some content is "problematic" is just pathetic. Guess corpos never cared and will continue to not care about artistic integrity and thinking that community will not speak up about it. Enjoy next negative review a-holes.    … Expand

    The new guys taking over the show are complete cowards, a bunch of wet tissues that censor and remove content in case their mummy’s get mad at them. Boycott this rubbish.

    I was a backer of the developer's crowd-funding on IndieGoGo back in 2013. As of June 26th, 2023, they released a patch which removed some of the content I paid for. Future Club and Hidden Variable are scammers. Don't support scammers unless you like getting scammed, I guess.

    Before you will ever consider paying a single cent to this developers, just remember that they think is it ok to removed content you paid for years ago without proper compensation just because they feel like it.

    Best fighting game yet created, beautiful visuals, accessible yet incredibly deep mechanics, and the game is still getting content to this day, the hype train never stops baby!

    Skullgirls is a visually-stunning 2D fighter to say the least. Everything else pretty much speaks for its self.
