    + Great music
    + Cartoony advisors give the game character
    + Fair graphics
    + Tried and tested format of SimCity2k but with a few new mechanics (like negative buildings you get paid to host)

    - A bit easy once you get the hang of it, lacks new challenges

    Best city building sim out there, still to this day I would say! Sunk many hours in it as a kid.

    It's far from be the greatest city builder game, but is by far the funner city builder game... It's simple but plenty of options and looks beautiful
