Yes this is a favorite game, and yes I loved this pc version just the same, heres the rub; There is an instability in the game that causes travel to get bugged, I have encountered this repeatedly and have had to reinstall to fix it; heres the part that sucks; the file corruption has frozen my pc making me hard reboot; I don't recommend it for this reason. SaGa Frontier: Remastered adds good production values and more enjoyable moments to the original version. However, it is far from being a perfect game. The learning curve is very high and the game fails to explain the new features. Nevertheless, the story is unique and Fuse, the new playable character, makes it even better. The classic JRPG is back better than ever.

SaGa Frontier Remastered feels like a very lazy remaster with very few adjustments that actually 'improve' the gameplay experience.
  3. Grind parts can be annoying, but it is a successful Remaster, prepared for the new generation of players to experience JRPG games of the PlayStation 1 era.
