Jul 17, 2014While the game itself isn't that great, it's rare to find PC games these days that support local split-screen multi-player. I hope more devs take notice of Roogoo, and follow it's example by adding split-screen support.

Jul 29, 2013First thought after spending 15 minutes playing Roogoo: this game is so boring, it could be good for kids only. Then I realized it would be boring for kids too, because you keep doing the same thing again and again and again... and again... and again.
There are no interesting goal, there are no twists, there are no achievements... yawn. -

Oct 20, 2016Roogoo is probably one of my favourite hentai games, right next to 'LSP and Finn: Raped by a Grape 3'. Recommended for all ages, it is easily one of the best games I have ever played.

Roogoo is a strange creature, combining cutesy childlike design and whimsical story with fiendish gameplay and a steep challenge curve. Stripping away the fluffy exterior reveals a meaty core that will satisfy even the healthiest of gaming appetite for the time it will take to finish.

PC Gamer UKIt works, but finishing a stage tends to come as a blessed relief rather than something that makes you welcome the next challenge. [Sept 2008, p.89]

So while Roogoo might look like a standard falling-block puzzler when you first lay your eyes on it, after taking it out for a spin for about an hour or so, its fun factor becomes apparent. It does a good job of keeping the gameplay fresh and increasingly challenging throughout the 45 stages.
