    The game is masterpiece of art, surely Rayman legends is one of the best platformer games of ever. The game developer team has used most of the parameters in the best possible way.     One of the best platformers ever made, it's a simple game with a simple tasks but the level design is beyond brilliant it test your platforming skills and reflexes in awesome and interesting ways with a perfect difficulty curve and it controls wonderfully, and the music levels are very amazing they're so unique and fun, and the soundtrack is very VERY catchy and great.

    It's a fun game and    One of the best platformers ever made, it's a simple game with a simple tasks but the level design is beyond brilliant it test your platforming skills and reflexes in awesome and interesting ways with a perfect difficulty curve and it controls wonderfully, and the music levels are very amazing they're so unique and fun, and the soundtrack is very VERY catchy and great.

    One of the best 2D platformers out there, the most important characteristic of Rayman Legends is that it is fun, you will play 10 levels in a row and don't even notice the time passing.
    I played a lot of rayman when I was a kid and this game brought me joy everytime I picked it up.
    They've put everything that was great about Rayman Origins and more creating this masterpiece. The gameplay,    One of the best 2D platformers out there, the most important characteristic of Rayman Legends is that it is fun, you will play 10 levels in a row and don't even notice the time passing.
    I played a lot of rayman when I was a kid and this game brought me joy everytime I picked it up.
    They've put everything that was great about Rayman Origins and more creating this masterpiece.
    The gameplay, the music, the art style, the boss fights, the variety of levels, it is all amazing.

    I first played this game in 2013 on the WiiU but i wanted to replay it and it was amazing. I thought it was great back in 2013 but after playing it again now in 2021 i its easily one of the best games of all time. This game does alot of good and nothing bad in my opinion. The movement is smooth and fun, the music is great and fun to listen to even outside of playing the game.     Rayman: Legends (2013) is a hilarious action-packed sequel of Rayman: origins. Somehow managing to be better than the amazing previous game. Rayman: Legends (2013) has great graphics, gameplay, music, and is just an all-around fun adventure.

    Great game with an unique charm. You can play co-op. The difficulty also scales up as you play. There are a ton of levels. Definitely recommended

    One of the last really great games that ubisoft released. It has a good diversity of scenarios and style of gameplay, captivating musical levels and great options for a post game, all that with a local multiplayer that works very well and makes the game much more fun.
    I really hope that ubisoft does not abandon the franchise and soon launches a new Rayman.

    In my opinion the best 2D perspective platforms of this generation. Brilliant level design packed with secrets with tons of collectibles, plenty of rayman skins and new playable characters. Packed with content and super fun on the premises with friends. Essential.

    Playing on PC with Uplay. It doesn't read the savegame location properly. The save file is there but the game doesn't read it. I tried disabling Uplay's syncing. A web search shows it's happening to lots of other people and there doesn't seem to be a fix.

    You jump on a rope and cut it and it leaves you on the wrong side of the rope.

    You're swinging on a rope and it randomly bumps you off the rope.

    The margins of error are ridiculously tiny. Everything has to be incredibly precise.

    I quit at that point. That's not playable or enjoyable for me.

    I see why it was free.

    Keyboard does not work well for this game. The inputs override each other and don't combine, making it very buggy. You can't bind the mouse at all, so you'd have to use 3rd party software to use the mouse. A controller is essentially mandatory.

    The game seems very long though, providing plenty of playtime for your money's worth. I got maybe 1/1400th of the way through the game in a few hours I would guess.

    Only play this if you like doing sequences (with a controller) over and over till you get them right.    … Expand

    I think this is the greatest 2D platformer of all time, sorry Nintendo. It's pure fun. I experienced pure joy as I played this game. This is what a video game should be. 10/10 A MASTAHPEECE.

    Time passes but nothing changes, Ubisoft just don't wan't to fix bugs in their old games. Can't even start the game!

    It has been almost five years since I played this game and I still think of it as one of the best 2D platformers I ever played. I played it with my girlfriend (who is now my wife) in couch co-op mode and I really recommend it to everyone who likes co-op games.

Each level is unique, challenging in some other way than the previous one and rewarding. The game itself is not hard (much easier than "Origins") but it has lots of lots of collectibles that can be challenging to gather.
    I recently completed Hollow Knight and praised it for boss design. Rayman Legends deserves similar praise for level-design. My awards goes to music levels, where you jump and beat your enemies to the rhythm of the super-catchy soundtrack.
    I found myself playing it long after I already beat the game. This is the only game in which I ever played "daily challenges" and I have to admit they were amazing (I kept repeating them until I was able to win a gold prize).    … Expand

    I like the game, I really do. Fun and often challenging, but it has near-enough no story and less charm than the original Rayman title. Yes okay you can play like 20 different characters, but even Mario games can afford to give them different abilities, enough to change the gameplay.

    Now I haven't been with the Rayman franchise's evolution, but the open, exploration platformer that the    I like the game, I really do.     So the game is good but not quite exceptional. Fun but it has lost something important to me, over the years.

    Nie istnieje platformówka lepsza od Raymana Legends. Grywalna jak diabli, poziomy muzyczne to majstersztyk, nie pozwala się nudzić. Nie lubisz tego, to nienawidzisz dobrej zabawy.

    The game starts very fun, but it gets repetitive fast, and boring after a while. Too childish, i couldn't finish this game out of boredom, don't know why. Maybe i was burned out, don't know.

    Highly addictive, easy to start, but hard to master, I would say this is ideal platformer! Even if you don't played any platformer since Super Mario Bros. - just give the Game a try, you won't regret.

    The soundtrack of this game is EVERYTHING! Great control of the player, the details of graphics are excellent. I think this is how a platform game should be!

    A pretty good platformer that however does not compare to Rayman Origins. Legends is much easier, lacks the sense of progression present in the first game and does not have upgrades for Rayman. The hub is just a set of portraits (instead of the world map in Origins) and most levels are both easy and not better than Origins levels. Even though this game contains 2/3 of Origins, those levelsA pretty good platformer that however does not compare to Rayman Origins. Legends is much easier, lacks the sense of progression present in the first game and does not have upgrades for Rayman. Even though this game contains 2/3 of Origins, those levels were made easier and thus, worse. When the game finally gets good, you realize that you are at the end. The final boss is weird and the final world is a disappointment with artificial difficulty. Moreover, Murfy levels are pretty annoying and not well implemented. There are no new treasure chase levels or mosquito shooting levels, instead there are invasions (short time attack levels) and music levels (which are great).
    Despite everything I've written, the game is still loads of fun and one of the better platformers of the recent era. Origins did it better, though.    … Expand

    Great game. This is a truly amazing platformer with a good visuals and sound. There's also some humor and the levels are as creative as they come. The musical levels are truly the highlight in my opinion.

    While in many ways superior to Origins I’m giving it the same score because it’s a little bit too similar in places, nevertheless Rayman Legends is one of the best platformers of all time and you should definitely buy it if you want to have a smile on your face.

    Rayman Legends falls just short of being an absolutely timeless classic, but that’s just about the worst thing anyone can say about it. It’s every bit as good as its predecessor — stronger on some fronts and a little weaker on others — and continues to strengthen Rayman’s position as an enduring gaming mascot.
