    New weapons and enemies, bigger levels, richer music... I don't like it. I was hoping that I would be able to turn my brain off completely,New weapons and enemies, bigger levels, richer music... I don't like it. I was hoping that I would be able to turn my brain off completely, just as in the original. In Scourge of Armagon I have found myself wondering which route to take way too much. It dilutes the gameplay and greatly diminishes pace that Quake is known from. I believe that there is nothing worse than an FPS that forces you to think. Maybe higher difficulty levels mitigates it?

    Good little expansion pack with more enemies to fight and new weapons to choose from. Gameplay is the exact same though.

I was very impressed with the architecture of the levels, the music,A mission pack for Quake with new levels, weapons, monsters, and music. I was very impressed with the architecture of the levels, the music, and found the difficulty to be just right. The new weapons and monsters were also good, although the final boss was unfortunately a little too simple. Nevertheless, a must-play for fans of old-school Quake.
