It's the best version of Powerslave that brings the pros of both the Saturn and Playstation version with no cons. No memory card/cart required.

This is one of the earlier FPS games that never really got to shine in the spotlight, probably due to zero multiplayer, but it is a super fun and challenging single player title on its own. It's not just another linear Doom clone from that era,

This game caught me by surprise. It's a FPS/Metroidvania style game that a lot of fun to play, in fact it's one of the best 'retro' shooters released so far. Pretty much everything Night Dive studios decides to 'modernize' ends up being pretty good. Highly recommended!

The remaster skillfully combines different versions of Powerslave and captures the style and atmosphere of first-person shooters from the 90s. For me, the game itself is not that great though. If you’re looking for a retro shooter, be aware that the action kinda takes a back seat in Powerslave, while you’re forced to complete platforming sequences, collect tons of necessary items and backtrack.

Powerslave Exhumed is a remarkable remaster that successfully combines both the original Saturn and Playstation versions. It's dated, of course, but still surprisingly fun. If you enjoy classic FPS games in the vein of Doom, you're in for a treat.

Once in a while, each of us just needs to take a flamethrower and destroy a horde of mummies. And this is something that PowerSlave Exhumed still does almost as good as it did 26 years ago.
