May 20, 2021This is an excellent game! Excellent humor! easy to understand and play. Great papercraft style! MANY varied stories to play. From dungeons to space they are all fun. For me this is the best game that I have played this year!

Sep 23, 2020Overall Popup Dungeon is a very average game; first launching on Kickstarter April 3rd 2014, it has taken more than 6 years to release but the game and the humour already feels outdated. However Triple.B.Titles have done a great job at creating a papercraft style game and by adding more depth to the combat I could see this game sticking around for a while with the aid of a creative community to take the game to its limits.

Sep 2, 2020Popup Dungeon is a fantastic starter game for newbies to the turn-based strategy genre, and it’s the ultimate playground for those who want complete creative freedom to make their own tabletop adventure. You could play around with the creation tools for hours and almost never skim the surface of what’s possible — the sky is truly the limit here. Though it’s certainly not a game for everyone, it’s one of the most impressive experiences I’ve seen for customization, and a must-have for anyone who wants to create an in-depth D&D campaign.

Aug 28, 2020I do recommend Popup Dungeon, especially if you like to create content, and especially if you like cheesy humor and gamer references. I am thoroughly impressed by this indie offering and can only hope that the developers continue this trend in the future.
