    Overall, Please Knock on My Door is a unique, effective experience that raises darker themes of life such as social anxiety and depression. While difficult to discuss in reality, the thoughts and feelings of the character connected. I was motivated to help turn its sad existence into a happier one, and I couldn’t help but empathize – this indie had an effect on me.

    Please Knock on My Door isn't fun. It doesn't want to be. It has not to be so. However, is a great interactive experience that helps the player to understand depression and teaches them how to empathize with those who had been suffering this condition.

    Please Knock on My Door is a small and very personal work, but don't be fooled by its simplicity, it is also courageous. Behind it there’s hidden a message that captivates, treated with respect and without forgetting the medium to which it belongs. A work committed to video games and to the times in which we live.
