PGA Tour 2K23 is a great improvement to the previous game and a big return to one of the best golfers in the game that is Tiger Woods

Really great gameplay here with some beautiful golf course graphics. I love the environments and the commentators. My issue is i don't think the career play is deep enough at all. When I play a 4 round tournament, the opposing golfers wear the exact same outfit for each round - awful. I don't see enough options for attire for my own golfer either. There just isn't enough to achieve in my opinion.

  1. PGA Tour 2K23 has done a good job of being both the most realistic game on the market and the newbie friendly golf game. This game is exactly the meeting point of beginners and golf fans.

In the end, PGA 2K23 isn’t a revolution. It is however a wonderfully thought-out and considered upgrade from the previous title. Every aspect of the career mode has been tweaked and improved, the gameplay, while much the same, has been tightened where it needs to be and the presentation aspects have come forward in leaps and bounds.

In the end, PGA Tour 2K23 retains the series' reputation of being a solid golf game despite some notable issues that don't affect the gameplay too harshly. The aim for a realistic golf simulator is still present, but things like swing forgiveness and a new control method opens things up for more players of a lower skill level to jump in and have fun. With those solid modes, PGA Tour 2K23 has some real legs even when the presentation isn't mind-blowing. It'll be interesting to see how it and future iterations will stack up once EA gets back into the sport. Until then, golf fans will be well served with this title.
