    Missing major basic features like customer support, achievements, rebinding for different devices etc etc due to being released on EGS, which is missing all basic features.
    Nobody wants this crap cut down experience.

    I just tried the game. The fractal design torrent has incorrect fans in the front. They are only 2 120mm. The be quiet 500dx has rgb on the case, but in the game you can't control the rgb at all. It's just static white. This worked in pcbs1. Also, you can't swap the fans in an aio so you can't mount, an aio in the front of the case without the fans being on the wrong side AND blowing airI just tried the game.     Lacks the innovation of the 1st, while maintaining most of the bugs and issues. Career mode is a lackluster, and most jobs entail "painting" or putting "stickers" on a PC, which is ridiculous. Graphics have improved a bit, but let us be honest, nobody really cares about a 200 pixel difference when the game sucks.

    A pity the game creator sold it to THE WORST game company around--rivalled    Lacks the innovation of the 1st, while maintaining most of the bugs and issues.     No mod support, and when I submitted a ticket, this was their answer: "We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with your game. Upon checking, you may need to reject the job or submit a bug report"    … Expand

    its the same as previous game. Nothing much changes except having unskipable tutorials being thown at you 24/7. LET ME PLAY, I KNOW HOW TO DO IT. + bugs. It should really be called tutorial simulator. Its really frustrating. Also its only on Epic so... overall disapointing. 4.5//10

    Phenomenal game. They took the first game and added a ton of stuff to it. Watercooling has been expanded upon massively. You apply thermal paste manually now. You can sell custom PCs in your own shop. Customer orders make a lot more sense. Heat, overclocking, case modding.. everything has been expanded upon. This game is a perfect example of what a sequel should be. My only criticisms arePhenomenal game. They took the first game and added a ton of stuff to it.     This game is a MASSIVE step up from their previous version of the game. More is being offered such as making custom thermal paste patterns, adding stickers to computer cases, and more features from the little amount from its predecessor. People (like us) can get creative and can build computers whether it's a dream computer or just a cheap budget build that an average person can build inThis game is a MASSIVE step up from their previous version of the game.     Hands down it is a great time killer. I am thinking about to quit my marketing manager job just to open up a custom PC build shop. I am that much into it.

    Everyone loves to try different builds, try new layouts or simply to try your next build virtually in advance you have to give a chance to this game.

    Hello, this game is fantastic. Thets dive deeper. It has a great tutorial to get an understanding of the game. Also it's great if you want a future job in this department or if your just interested about pcs. It gives good knowledge about pcs if you want to learn more about building PCs. Also it has many different ways of fixing different problems and you can sell your own PCs as well. IHello, this game is fantastic. Thets dive deeper. I would say I am knocking off 1 point because the graphics could probably be a bit better. Of course it doesn't really have to be but it would be nice. The graphics are still good, it's just when you zoom in and see the detail of the motherboard it looks undetailed. Overall fantastic game, especially for me because I love PCs.… Expand

    Even though it is an epic games store exclusive, its still super fun and rather relaxing for PC enthusiasts. I have over 50 hours in the game and even though the tasks for the career mode do get repetitive and boring, I found it fun and rewarding to keep my reviews above 5 stars in game so I could get unique quests. The biggest issue I have is that you only get 3 new missions a day in gameEven though it is an epic games store exclusive, its still super fun and rather relaxing for PC enthusiasts. You can either buy old PC's with broken parts or build entirely unique ones and experiment. All in all a great casual game for those either looking to get into PC building or enthusiasts that want a way to scratch the itch of the best of the best components.… Expand

    I have quite a lot of questions about this unfinished DLC for the original game, which costs 4 of the cost of the game. Firstly, where are the +- prices close to the real ones? the prices are too high and they spoil the realism of the game. Secondly, where is the optimization patch? I didn't see any super beautiful special effects, a large map or mega complex mechanics in the game, so thatI have quite a lot of questions about this unfinished DLC for the original game, which costs 4 of the cost of the game. I didn't see any super beautiful special effects, a large map or mega complex mechanics in the game, so that this game was running at 60-70 fps at maximum settings, when at the same time Resident Evil 4 Remake is running at maximum settings on my PC with the same fps. In RE4, the graphics are masterpiece, but not in PCBS2. I'm waiting for all the lines of new video cards and processors to be ready, otherwise you're playing an outdated game. I'm waiting for more realism to appear in the game, because so far I haven't seen a couple of new gameplay features in the game. And finally, the main mistake of this game is an exclusive release in EGS, congratulations, you **** up, your main audience is on Steam, and you are making a release in garbage EGS. A very strange DLC for 4 of the cost of the original game, I hope for the future to correct my claims.… Expand

    I had fun for a bit - but it had very little in the way of longevity for me, for a few reasons.

    It's got no depth, it turns into a clicking simulator, water-cooling a GPU is a good example of this, you just click on the highlighted tools and components until it's done, you can't even do it in a different order it's entirely driven by checklist.     When you do get jobs that require some creativity you get hamstrung by the weird "re-install customer components" status. Essentially - you can only replace components in the machine on a hidden whitelist, everything else needs to remain in the machine and it won't let you complete the job otherwise. Which is hugely annoying if you're trying to find a way to achieve a tricky objective, find a solution that's in budget then get shot down by this mechanic. I know this doesn't sound too bad, but for me it was the uninstall moment.
    As a counterpoint, the graphics are excellent and it's fun to build pc's for a while.    … Expand

    This game is really incredible, the free mode is very interesting and makes it easy to compare the different components, as for the career mode, I also find it very good, there are different types of missions that cover everything you could want to do on a computer. In my opinion, the graphics are just right.     The graphics, building options and PC building itself are improved. Spraying, stickering, water cooling have been added. Tuning has improved, and so has the design of your computer store. Overall, PC Building Simulator 2 is a very well-rounded and expanded game compared to the first one.

    This game is jam packed filled with content and is a terrific sim if you're keen on those types of games. It's also a great learning tool for those who are looking to get into PC building or those who just love PC building already.
