While the idea of a throwback to classic 16-bit era platformers has merit, Orange Adventure mostly squanders it with clunky controls and frustrating, archaic game and level design.

When you find games like Orange Adventure on Steam, it is a stroke of freshness among so many games all. Because this?

For the first thing I did was to feel nostalgic.
Orange Adventure has all the ingredients that made fun platformers SNES and Megadrive; simple but effective gameplay; scenes of cars and planes, and a multitude of obstacles and various graphics that give you fun for hours.

I think it's the first game of Indio Games, and was developed by a single person; so I think it deserves a 10/10 among many AAA games full of errors.

Adventure Orange has 40 levels spread across 8 different worlds, with different enemies (and forms of attack) that give variety to the gameplay. (Roller coaster levels are my favorites), and that give a particular tone to the game.

The price is cheap for the quality offered, and while it is not innovative, is an excellent proposal for children and adults due to the high level of difficulty for the game and its colorful graphics and animations.
