Oct 6, 2021We were hoping this could do for animated cartoons what Smash Bros did with video game characters. This did nothing like that.
This game feels like an alpha preview of a would be fighter. It's incomplete. There is very little content. There is nothing to do. There is no celebration of Nickelodeon.
The only real hope is that modders clean this mess up. -

Oct 6, 2021So, Nickelodeon All Star Brawl is a fair game in the end. While it can be fun, there are some flaws that can hold it back but overall, this is a fair smash clone that has potential.

Oct 7, 2021This games just really bad. No voice lines only 3 sound effects no items the animations are ugly hit boxes are jank and the developers are sassy af. This game isn’t 50 dollars ready save your money

Oct 13, 2021- rollback netcode
- exists on all platforms
- any controller is usable
- competitive mode
- fastest platform fighter
- devs that support the community
Already better than ultimate -
Oct 7, 2021The combat is really good and the online is very functional. The characters are good picks.

Oct 6, 2021The game is very fun to play and I hope it continues to grow! The only gripe I have is it disconnects when connecting to random opponents before matches and some infinites need to be removed.

Oct 8, 2021Solid all-around brawler at the price point with a deep skill curve, the Smash competitor PC players have been waiting for.

May 31, 2022Mechanically, the game can be smooth & responsive, the netcode is pretty good.
Other than that, the game feels unfinished, missing voice talent, missing singleplayer content, very buggy lobby system & hard to use control presets. Character movesets are a grab bag from fun to frustrating
So many aspects of this game are overlooked, most likely due to lazy and scrambled production. -

May 19, 2022Nickelodeon wanted a cash grab but the devs actually made a good game. Prefer NASB 10 times more than smash ultimate. Movement is so smooth the tech in this game is easy to learn and hard to master with each mechanic being carefully planned out. Games still getting many updates and I find it hard to understand why people hate it.

Jan 18, 2022If Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl came out twenty years ago it would have been a smashing success, ignoring that many of the characters within didn’t exist back then. But that’s not the case, and even though I did enjoy it for what it is, I can’t recommend it when the alternatives are so incredibly superior in its current state. I’m sure with a passionate team and a dedicated community it could do really well, but with a haemorrhaging player base and the blaring shortage of anything to keep people in the game in a world dominated by season passes and constant loot-box unlocks, I just don’t see that happening.

Oct 15, 2021Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl simply feels like a barebones platform fighter. Combat is pretty decent, but there’s just so little surrounding it. The game’s greatest sin is how little it leans into the over-the-top zaniness that is Nickelodeon and its extensive history of memorable characters and moments. It lacks identity while being based on some of the most unique entertainment properties of the past few decades.

Oct 14, 2021Nickelodeon All Star Brawl is a solid and very fast fighter that focuses its attention on delivering an experience that is competitive and fun. His faults are the lack of content, and the much-needed voice talent to bring to life the iconic roster of characters. All-Star Brawl can be improved but it seems that the game is not finished yet.
