    For the small audience looking for a romantic World War 2 satire featuring a harem of loli leaders, My Little Dictator will entertain for dozens of hours. Just skip the combat.

    A "seinen" comedy Visual Novel aimed towards audience open to sensitive topic humor (it is after all based on real war in our history) whoA "seinen" comedy Visual Novel aimed towards audience open to sensitive topic humor (it is after all based on real war in our history) who llikes megalomaniac political waifus. The comedy and gags are most effective if you have at least a gist of what they are referencing such as straightforward denials of claims and involvement, redefinition of "civilized culture" and simplificiation of "figurehead" among others. Though not a good idea to use as a basis of fact, the game is a good material if you feel like playing "couch/net historian critic". It contains black and white photograpic images (though I don't know if they were real or a well made forgery for the game) that helps you visualize what was it like during that tme such as the people, builidngs and the scenario of war. Has a good visual though has no VA (aside from that one that says HA when you open the game). Though a (dark) comedy, it has it's resious moments depending on your take.

    The only part I have a qualm is the battle sequence wich ruins the "we're at war" feeling. I personally think it could've been better as a TRPG (TVN at this case) like Fire Emblem or Sunrider (good days) or at least the Turn Based should've been like Group vs Group like Final Fantasy rather than a Pokemon-like 1v1 roster.    … Expand
