    Spectacular. The game grabbed me from the very start and I love it . The hand drawn, yet 3D visuals are unlike anything I have ever seen and are both beautiful and haunting. The story unfolds wonderfully. It is creepy but not too intense. Bravo!!

There are few games like Mundaun and its very successful in many areas ofThis is obviously a deeply personal work of passion, an immersive, odd game that holds its own ground when it comes to building an unsettling atmosphere, unique visual style and haunting world (sometimes stemming from the disturbing effect of the pencil art style that brings a weird touch to objects of everyday use). There are few games like Mundaun and its very successful in many areas of the weird horror it explores.     The graphics arent so impressive... I mean for an horror game is very okay.
    Maybe is better just save ur money.

    A lovingly crafted tale, not much horror to be found and a jump scare or two, but it's beautiful hand drawn art and a fairly interesting story get you invested in the game. Game play wise it was very basic, but it gets the job done, I ran into a few physics bugs which had me flying through the air as well as getting my truck stuck and some other random things, another bug was absolutelyA lovingly crafted tale, not much horror to be found and a jump scare or two, but it's beautiful hand drawn art and a fairly interesting story get you invested in the game. Game play wise it was very basic, but it gets the job done, I ran into a few physics bugs which had me flying through the air as well as getting my truck stuck and some other random things, another bug was absolutely game breaking and completely halted my progress, though the Developers got right on it and fixed it within about a week and I was able to complete the game. All in all a great little game that should take you anywhere from 5 to 9 hours to complete. I highly recommend you check this out! 8/10… Expand

    Mundaun is one of those indie horror games that shines solely because of how strange it is. A meticulous and passionate design for a world based on the hand drawn art style of pencil scribblings. The atmosphere and horror are just that much more effective because of its swiss folklore roots and spoken dialogue. Something can be said for the simplistic jank and traditional Amnesia styleMundaun is one of those indie horror games that shines solely because of how strange it is. Something can be said for the simplistic jank and traditional Amnesia style horror that games in this genre have. An item collecting based puzzle game with very, VERY basic combat and threats. The game shows a lot of promise and delivers from a narrative driven horror perspective. Otherwise its basic, has next to no real threats from the monsters, its short, it has strange game mechanic progression. But I still really liked it for some reason. Its got a lot of charm and the atmospheric setting, story and sound design is great.

    Beautiful, hand drawn work of art. The gameplay is basic and a bit clunky, but it is of secondary importance anyway. The dreamlike, nightmarish atmosphere, achieved with music, sound design, animation and the beautifully strange Romansh language is the reason you play this.
    It's not a horror game in the usual sense of the word. No jump scares or any real horror survival mechanics. Just    Beautiful, hand drawn work of art. The gameplay is basic and a bit clunky, but it is of secondary importance anyway. The dreamlike, nightmarish atmosphere, achieved with music, sound design, animation and the beautifully strange Romansh language is the reason you play this.
    It's not a horror game in the usual sense of the word. No jump scares or any real horror survival mechanics. Just the constant unsettling feeling of being a part of the dark and creepy side of Swiss folklore. What more can you ask for?    … Expand

    The atmosphere is just stunning. Definitely one of the best indie horrors od 2021. Maybe this game isn't for everyone, but it's my personal 9/10.

    With games like Ghost of Tsushima and Final Fantasy VII Remake becoming the standard, few people are going to look at a title like this and jump at the chance to play it. Mundaun will attract its targeted, tiny demographic: those who can see past the dated visuals and lackluster controls. Fortunately, the hand-drawn textures might rope in a few people, and the sepia-esque colors stand out compared to other first-person adventure titles. Mundaun is technologically impotent but makes up for it with excellent atmosphere, sense of place, and storytelling. If you can see past its flaws, Mundaun is a wonderful, short adventure title.

    Mundaun has got an interesting story to tell and it also has multiple endings. There are quite a few secrets to be found for the curious that want to go about exploring its open world. The game clocks in at around 8 hours long for me – probably around 6 hours for most people that don’t get sidetracked too easily. Mundaun is a creative masterpiece of a horror game. If you enjoy horror games make sure you give this game a try.
