    In a league of it's own and has so many good mods and a very good community. It even has mechanics bannerlord does not. It's an eternal classic.

    First example of its kind. It offers you tons of new experience and new mechanics. In 2023, this game is a nostalgia bomb.

    A blank canvas. The game creates a world with little restrictions and you play what you want. Excellent combat simulator and infinite options with zero history. The game depends excessively on mods.

    Many years after its release, it's still a much better game than Bannerlord. As long as this game exists, it's unlikely that Bannerlord will really get a chance. The developers are so visionless and lazy that the game they made in 2010 still looks better than the game they made in 2022, and that's a serious problem. But what they forgot is that the same was true for Warband. The developers also never bothered to write a story for the single player campaign in Bannerlord. Their only concern was to make an online game. But that's also true for Warband. In short, everything Bannerlord has to offer, Warband already gave to players years ago.… Expand

    Year 2023 but the game is still perfect if you install 1,2 mods on it, it would be a perfect game, both system friendly and a game that does not age according to years

    This is one of my favorite games of all time. Everything from gameplay to visuals are way ahead of it’s time.

    NPC interactions are excellent, customizability is fantastic, gameplay is wonderful.

    Among the best RPG sandboxes of all time. Many seperate, simple systems like reputation, status, unit power, economics, combine into an unstoppable juggernaut of fun. Sieges and battles are so satisfying, and the politics surrounding them are engaging enough to fill the downtime.

    This game has provided me with a countless number of hours of fun. The gameplay and mechanics are basic but the insane amounts of well made mods provide a lot of additional content story and campaigns.

    I understand what was the budget and size of the company that created this game, but the graphics definitely did not look like from 2010. The combat and mission system, as well as the idea itself, is very interesting and innovative. Good game.

    I have been playing Mount & Blade(Classic, Warband and 2 DLCs) for over 10 years and i want to thank both TaleWorlds and Paradox for childhood and game, which I play every year. I had fun with native, with mods, with cheats, with multiplayer.

    I played a lot with crack, but I bought it from steam to support game makers. My pc is bad, but it's not enough to get 10fps from warband, you still get it from steam, maybe it's a problem with my pc

    My childhood favorite game . Oh man this game is awesome because maybe the first RPG-Action- Strategy of game world. Thank you for everything . Also this game of Turk's game.

    If your computer is bad and you want to play medieval game, this game is perfect. But if your computer is good, you should play Bannerlord.

Too much interesting mechanics, for example - "Lord Defects",when your favorite lord defects, u got negativ emotions and memories when you capture that fief. Economics in game is broken, buying dye houses and you so rich. But you can be a trader. Buying cheaper at region number 1 and sell it in region 2.     Although there is still room for improvement, Warband's excellent combat system, respectable multiplayer and a lifespan that will prove to be a total timesink means that the game is well worth the USD$29.99 price tag on Steam. Fans of the action RPG genre and medieval games in general would do well to pick this one up.

    All in all, Mount and Blade: Warband is a great game, even despite its flaws. The overall concept is satisfying, and with a more heavyweight publisher behind the team at TaleWorlds, this is one game that could be absolutely great.

    On the one hand, there are the open world and the freedom to do what you want to do, on the other hand, the world is lifeless. It's a great game for some people, but the opposite for most.
