    This is a very good game. I have played all metro games and this is a good game too. Graphics, physics are good too. But this game is more interesting when you are playing on hardcore difficult like me) Optimization is good. I played on my 1070ti with rtx on ultra settings on 60 fps

    This was one of the most intense games I ever played. It is so dense of details and interaction that the immersion is purely insane. The choice of making multiple small open world maps is brilliant and gives enough freedom without losing the narrative pace.

    Nicely written scenario, but the main story plot could be more complex (some minor details are illogical). The moral points system has been changed in this part and this is a good decision. However, it still forces u to choose one and only - correct way of dealing with the game.     This Game expands on the others in ways I never thought the series could go. The “open world” portions of the game are fun and interesting to explore but never get overwhelming. The stealth is a little easier compared to the older titles, but it’s still satisfying. It’s a shame it’s launch marred much of what was a glorious game

    I just like it, because I read books "Metro 2033", "Metro 2034", " Metro 2035" and I played Metro 2033 and Metro:Last light. For me plot and graphic is impossible, but the world is so empty.

    Amazing final chapter in Metro series. Honestly, there are couple things that aren't great (like the whole pioneer map), however everything else is so well done. Sometimes feels a bit old in term of game design and especially body/face animation, but overall it just gives a feeling of the last great game of that pre-mocap era.
    +1 for very souly Russian post-apoc atmosphere, touchy ending and DLC.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This review goes in-depth about both the virtues and gripes I have on this game. I'll state immediately that I never got this on Epic Store and waited for Steam release.

    People who did their research would know that much of the 4A staff that worked on this also worked on the semi-open world that defined the STALKER series of the 00s. The addition of three open world maps, on paper, seem to be a valiant attempt to recapture that feel; but with a minimum of NPC encounters (though mutants aplenty), the open world can seem empty, not helped by the occasional invisible barrier on what you can climb on (the old STALKER series at least had an in-game justification for why you couldn't venture in certain map areas -- Exodus doesn't seem to have this excuse). The maps themselves, however, are intricately and beautifully made, enough to forgive the negligible update in graphics. Whether they lived up to the STALKER games is purely based on opinion.

    Gameplay is much what you'd expect from Last Light and Redux, but with the addition of a crafting system that occasionally gets finicky and feels tacked on at times. Weapon condition is also a thing, but can only be cleaned at workbenches (a questionable game element, imo). Stealth, while not broken completely, is tough with the simplified visibility indicator, but the enemies, while improved in AI from 2033 and Last Light, is just dumb enough that you can get out of a tight spot on Normal difficulty.

    Despite the moniker, Exodus doesn't take place in a whole lot of metro systems; there's just the first chapter and the final set of chapters when you need to retrieve medical supplies for an ailing character. Both are very linear; the story itself is very linear, but each open map can result in one of the crew killed off, injured, or otherwise written out of the story depending on your actions in said map.

    Moral points are back, but unlike the previous two games, are generally far more intuitive to find, most of which are based on stealth an area, a few fetch quests, and sparing either misguided enemies or noncombatants. And, just like Last Light, they directly influence your ending.

    And speaking of story, I would say this is one of the weaker aspects of the game: it effectively begins as a more optimistic take on the end of the Metro 2035 novel. And like that, the Dark One have minimal (if any) involvement. This removes a good chunk of the series conflict, though it's not gone entirely. The short is that the Rangers jack a train from Hansa, reveal some conspiracy that kept the people of Moscow from knowing there were other survivors on the surface, try to contact what's left of the Russian government, and look for a clean place to settle. It's not original, but is pulled off with enough charm and competence to be forgiven for being this derivative.

    And before some rants about this game being political, Metro has been political since the original book, which picked apart the internal workings of Russia's government. Not surprising, considering Glukovsky's work as a journalist. All three of the games have Aesops, almost akin to the "War is Hell" theme of the Gundam series. Any complaints about political themes should have been directed at the first game.

    Insofar as bugs, I only encountered a single one that was easily remedied by going to a previous save: namely somehow getting stuck holding the Universal Charger (yes, it's still a thing) and not being able to switch to another item. Apart from that, I hardly even encountered graphical glitches, let alone something game-breaking.

    If I were to assign a number score, I'd rate this higher than most other games from the 2010s, but...still not equal to the magic of the previous two games or even their spiritual predecessors (the STALKER games). But frankly, once I knew that it was departing from the Metro theme, I asked myself two things: does it work, and is it fun? On those questions, I felt they were solid "yes". So I can't recommend a better game for the release year it was in.

Это вам не EA или UBISOFT. Это наша родная игра для нашего народа с небольшим бюджетом. Плюсы игры: атмосфера, сюжет, стрельба, погружение и много чего еще. На концовке чуть вообще не заплакал.     Начнём с минусов:
    1. Анимация. Выглядят они ужасно, прям видно промежуток между концом и началом проигрывания анимации. Это я ещё не говорю про то, что автомат может в воздухе зависнуть рядом с рукой держащего его персонажа.
    2. Мало оружия. Убрали винторез, огнемёт(тот который можно получить с секретом не наносит урона), калаш 2012, абзац, хлопушку, подонок, велопал, превед, дуплет,    Начнём с минусов:

    2. Мало оружия. Убрали винторез, огнемёт(тот который можно получить с секретом не наносит урона), калаш 2012, абзац, хлопушку, подонок, велопал, превед, дуплет, медвед, сайгу, гранаты липучки, гранаты с горящей смесью, клеймор а добавили бульдог, молотов(заменяющий воспламеняющиеся гранаты), и все.
    Это были все минусы которые я смог выделить, теперь перейдем к плюсам:
    1. Персонажи. Таких живых персонажей я встречал наверное только в других играх серии, они постоянно о чем то говорят, противники могут говорить о ваших действиях, друзьям всегда есть что сказать.
    2. Кастомизация и крафт. О крафте особо ничего сказать за исключением того, что он очень простой и очень удобный, а вот кастомизация это тот самый пункт который перекрывает минус малого количества оружия. Как многие из вас помнят, в прошлых частях еще была рельса, рпк и акс-у, которых в этой части как таковых нету. Так вот акс-у теперь появляется почти сразу же, и из него можно сделать обычный калаш, и рпк, а рельса теперь делается из тихаря, так на А-шот можно поставить и 2 ствола, и целых 4 ствола, ну вообщем думаю вы поняли масштабы кастомизации.
    3. Открытый мир. Это и минус и плюс, для меня и для людей которые не долбятся в глаза, мир получился крайне насыщеным, постоянно где то что то происходит, то гнездо мутантов, то просто они тут место сторожат, то бандиты, то демон, то, если вы вышли ночь, шаровая молния, вообщем мир живет, в той же пустыне дается машина, что скрашивает и ускоряет перемещение по локации.
    4. Вариативность прохождения. Наследие 1 части не ушло, а эволюционнировало. Уровень можно пройти чуть ли не 4 разными вариантами, и это я говорю про скрытное, ведь можно по старинке взять все штурмом.
    5. Картинка. Когда ты на поезде видишь ржавчину, это значит, что картинка игры просто наиахуенейшая, тут больше нечего сказать. А дизайн врагов и локаций это нечто, мутанты настолько живо выглядят, что кажется будто можно пожамкать кожу, на этом мертвом упыре.
    6. Оптимизации. На моем компе предназначеным на минимальные настройки, игра выдаёт 60 фпс, провисая только в момент первых 2 выстрелов, и иногда когда смотрю на огонь, все крайне идеальная, ни одного критического бага, ни одного вылета.
    7. Звуки и музыка.
    8. Стрельба. Я боялся, что стрельба будет х...крепким среднячком, но она получилась крепким отличником, каждый выстрел делает отдачу, враги реагируют на попадания более живо, сам звук оружия радует, вообщем с этим аспектом все даже лучше чем в прошлых частях серии, правда небольшие проблемы с хит-боксами.    … Expand

    В игре такая же офигенная атмосфера как и в прошлых частях. Сюжет также хорош, в игре появилась система крафта патронов, снаряжения. Появился транспорт это Буханка и лодка. Мутантов очень сильно переработали они сами на себя не похожи и это классно. Есть новые мутанты это зверолюди, огромный сом и черви. Оружия стало меньше. Персонажей почти всех раскрывает хорошо. Но иногда погружение вВ игре такая же офигенная атмосфера как и в прошлых частях. Сюжет также хорош, в игре появилась система крафта патронов, снаряжения. Появился транспорт это Буханка и лодка. I really like the way 4a games have moved out of the metro into a more open-world scenario. If you haven't played this game, do, it's worth it. Beating most of the cards on one of the missions the game just broke down, I nedaval to continue the game, I was in a rut, turning the entire Internet was a problem not only for me, I've tried a bunch spasibo, but all was to no purpose, then had to pump cheat trainer to teleport to the next lucaciu, the only way I was able to pass after this prezydenta appears in the head question is it worth it to buy the game for the money, if the middle passage could throw it in pomojku because of the obstruction! p.s. in the pirated version I have not met a single bug… Expand

    I can confirm that I haven't played an FPS in years, let alone, with survival and horror elements. The story is amazingly tailored, but there's one thing that can turn you off unless you decide to do what I did and play    I have no words to describe this game and its predecessors,Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light. They are all amazing games and I am so glad I have picked them up to play.

    I can confirm that I haven't played an FPS in years, let alone, with survival and horror elements.

    The story is amazingly tailored, but there's one thing that can turn you off unless you decide to do what I did and play the game from the first Metro 2033 to Metro Exodus. The voice actors, at least the English speakers and overall voices don't really fit in the game, and maybe because the game was supposed to be played in Russian, but I like to be able to listen than to read the story.

    The game has an amazing story and if you ignore the poor voice-overs and acting sometimes of the characters and just play the game, you'd be surprised about the depth and interesting story this game has.

    I highly recommend it and I would have not thought I would enjoy it so much, one of the best games I've played in years. Hands down!    … Expand

    Największym kamieniem milowym w serii Metro jest przeniesienie miejsca akcji z klaustrofobicznych podziemi, na powierzchnię. Klasycznego czołgania się po wąskich korytarzach czy to metra, czy też innych podobnych podziemnych lokacji jest tutaj
    dalej dość dużo. Większość czasu spędzamy jednak w pół otwartym świecie. Właśnie, jak działa ten "pół otwarty świat"? Jako    PÓŁ OTWARTY ŚWIAT
    Największym kamieniem milowym w serii Metro jest przeniesienie miejsca akcji z klaustrofobicznych podziemi, na powierzchnię. Klasycznego czołgania się po wąskich korytarzach czy to metra, czy też innych podobnych podziemnych lokacji jest tutaj
    dalej dość dużo. Większość czasu spędzamy jednak w pół otwartym świecie. Właśnie, jak działa ten "pół otwarty świat"? Jako gracze trafiamy do dużych lokacji, które możemy zwiedzać jak nam się podoba. Lokacje te pełne są misji pobocznych, ciekawych miejsc i obozowisk bandytów. Całość dopełnia cykl dobowy, który ma wpływ na świat. W nocy wszędzie jest więcej mutantów, natomiast skradanie się jest znacznie ułatwione.
    ROSYJSKOŚĆ
    Miejsce akcji to postapokaliptyczna Rosja i nie ma co do tego najmniejszych wątpliwości. Postacie mówia po angielsku, ale z wyraźnym rosyjskim akcentem, co daje zaskakująco dobry efekt. Jednak nie tylko to jak sie zachowuja, ale też to co robią bohaterowie pogłebia wrażenie przebywania wśród rosyjskich żołnierzy. Dużo picia alkoholu, przyśpiewki, rosyjskie tradycje. Wszystko to dopełnia klimat nowego Metra.
    MODYFIKACJE BRONI
    Jest to elemnt który został świetnie przemysłany i zaimplementowany. Do dyspozycji mamy kilka rodzajów broni, natomiast poprzez kostumizacje możemy zmieniać ich działanie i przeznacznie. Zrobienie snajperki z pistoletu to nic zaskakującego. Całość dopełnia bardzo prosty, ale świetnie pasujący do tej gry system craftingu. Możemy między innymi tworzyć amunicje do śrutownicy, co troche ułatwia zarządzanie amunicja, które było tak ważne w poprzenich odsłonach.
    GRAFIKA
    Jak na dość małe studio udało się naprawdę dopieścić grafikę. Modele broni, postacie czy pokryte śniegiem brudne posapokaliptyczne okolice Moskwy. To wszystko robi świetne wrażenie. Niestety animacje są sporym mankamentem. Jest ich dość mało, więc przy walce z większa ilością przeciwników rzuca się to mocno w oczy. Dodatkowo same mutanty nie są wystarczająco zróżnicowane co tylko potęguje ten efekt.    … Expand

    Great gameplay, excellent story and an amazing world it all takes place in. My only gripe was the Tayga region was far too short-lived. The Enhanced Edition is a great example of RayTracing and it working well to create an immersive world by way of lighting.     Очень хорошо. Да, баги конечно есть, низкий фпс, но как на меня то это не очень больша проблема. Слушал все диалоги поэтому считаю что сюжет получился хорошим, очень хорошо раскрыли всех персонажей. Оценка может и завышенная и эта игра ее не заслуживает но пусть будет 10)Очень хорошо.     I had a lot of fun while playing the game. Level design is awesome- no matter how complicated of a maze the level is, I managed to intuitively find the right way to go. Graphics are still impressive, the game runs buttersmooth, though I did get a few crashes here and there. Music, atmosphere, weapon customization- everything is included. The game adapts to your playstyle- it can be anI had a lot of fun while playing the game. Заполненость и интересность локация не дастСюжет игры захватывает свои размахом и рассказывает историю невероятного приключения Артем и его "семьи". Начало игры немного отталкивет свои измененным сеттингом, теперь ведь мы не просто ходим по коридорным тунелях метро или минимально свободным путям поверхности, но имеем условный свободный мир, которым является очень большая локация миссии. Заполненость и интересность локация не даст вам заскучать исследуя мир и историю игры. Всегда интересно изучать персонажей, так как в зависимости от местности и условий они все другие, кто-то принял цивилизацию и прогресс как причину конца света и объявил войну этим вещам, назвал их грехом. Другие же, начали строить империю, которая в основу ставит рабский труд и веру в "святое пламя". История интереснее другой. Но особенно ценно видеть изменения ключевых героев и их характеров на протяжении всей игры, от жёсткого и практичного полковника, до любящего и жертвенного отца и так далее.
    Дополнение "Два полковника" заставит пролить скупую мужскую слезу любого альфа-самца.
    В общем (и целом), спасибо разрабам за столь интересную и красивую историю и окончание Метро.    … Expand

Сюжет хороший и в середины игры становится неожиданным из-за чего становится играть ещё интереснее и в конце игры при развязки сюжета из-за привязанности к персонажам становится очень грустно от происходящего в конце Так что за такую качественную проработку важных аспектов в игрыИгра просто пушка.     Игра про все города России кроме Москвы и Питера. Советую. Храфэка (графика ес че) 10/10. Сюжет 10/10, прошёл на плохую концовку - рыдал как тварь. Прошёл на хорошую - рыдал как тварь. Короче советую. Одна из ЛУЧШИХ игр.

    I loved this game and the scene at the end made me shed a tear. A good soundtrack written by Alexey Omelchuk will make you plunge into this world of monsters. But the tension of the plot spoils it a little. A large number of "coincidences" had a bad effect on this game.

İlk iki oyunu bitirdikten sonra Exodus'u beklemeye başladım fakat bu oyunu kaldırabilecek bir bilgisayarım yoktu. Elime biraz daha güçlü bir bilgisayar geçtiğinde hemen yumuldum bu oyuna.     İşin hikaye tarafı idare eder. Open world bir oyun yapılmaya çalışılmış ama çokta büyük olmaması klasik Metro havasını bozmamış veya reboot atılmış gibi durmuyor. Gayet yeterli olmuş.

    İşin grafik tarafı ise muazzam. Gerçekten Metro Exodus grafik ve görsellik açısından muhteşem bir iş çıkarmış. Yeni nesil bir oyun olduğu kanaatine rahatlıkla varabilirsiniz. Oyun süresince yaklaşık 60 adet screenshot aldığımı biliyorum.

    İşin oynanış tarafı ise eğlenceli. FPS oyunlarıyla çok fazla vakit geçirmiş ve hala vakit geçiren birisi olarak çok eğlenceli ve oturaklı olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Kesinlikle silahlarla ateş ederken çok zevk alıcaksınız.

    Son olarak seslendirme kısmına da ufaktan bir şey söylemek istiyorum. Yürüme sesleri neden bu kadar garip ses çıkartıyor abi tarif etmeye çalışsam edemem yani.

    I've never played first two games as i'm not a huge fan of horror, but Exodus caught my attention when being on sale and i definitely don't regret playing it. Awesome game and awesome DLCs. I'd like it to be longer though.

    So, good game. For me, the best in the series. There is an intrigue of the plot, cool locations and the very realization of the concept of traveling across Russia by train. However, in 2019, the silence of the main character is not good, so 8/10

    The game has some very good ideas and is carefully crafted in every way. The open world feels alive and dangerous which adds tension throughout the experience. The ending was a bit too hasty though for me. I did not expect it to finish so abruptly, i was ready to play the game for a couple more hours at least.
    As a fun of the books i am very pleased with this game.

Я не особо поглядывал в сторону обещаний разработчиков, но меня вполне устроило то что можно бегать по локации (открытые локации пустоваты не много) , обследовать всякие места, плюс карма влияет на концовку, отличная стрельба, красивая графика, интересные персонажи, прикольная прокачка снаряжения. Прошел на хорошую концовку на изи.Мне очень понравилась игра, атмосфера там просто шикарная.     Топ игра, прошел на одном дыхании
    Сюжет понравился, стрельба очень приятная, русская озвучка топ, не понимаю тех, кто до сих пор не убрал единицы и двойки из за стима, игра ведь правда хороша. Рекомендую сыграть каждому, кому понравились первые части, или книги Глуховского    Топ игра, прошел на одном дыхании

    Considerando o orçamento da 4A Games para produção do game considero o mesmo excelente e muito divertido. Há momentos frenéticos de muito tiroteio e, também, outros com extremo terror com ambientações incríveis. Joguei no PS5 e estou jogando novamente no PC, e o jogo está ainda mais bonito! Recomendo o jogo.

It features different approaches in order to complete the missions, you can kill everyone, kill only some enemies, or go stealthy. You can save some prisoners or decide to kill them, or leave them alone. Very cool bear boss aswell, and the world looks gorgeous even if it's post-apocalyptic and gunfightsA very big improvement over the older metros, as they implemented the open world maps.     У меня не хватит слов, что бы описать насколько сильно я люблю метро исход, это поистине шедевр игровой индустрии.
    Разработчики поднимают планку, и делают апгрейд буквально во всем. Как только Артем узнает о заговоре, о том что всем людям в метро врали, и вместе со своей бандой крадет поезд дабы уехать куда-то далеко в поисках лучшей жизни, этот апгрейд моментально чувствуется, эти    У меня не хватит слов, что бы описать насколько сильно я люблю метро исход, это поистине шедевр игровой индустрии.
    Разработчики поднимают планку, и делают апгрейд буквально во всем. Как только Артем узнает о заговоре, о том что всем людям в метро врали, и вместе со своей бандой крадет поезд дабы уехать куда-то далеко в поисках лучшей жизни, этот апгрейд моментально чувствуется, эти философские разговоры спартанцев под папиросу о бытие( которые длятся невероятно долго) уже пробирают тебя атмосферой, а ведь на фоне в кабинке еще и Цой играет... И так постоянно, между перемещениями по локациям происходит кучу атмосферных моментов. То поженится кто-то, и можно будет насладиться "поездом в огне" в исполнении жениха) то подслушаешь диалоги о предстоящих событиях, девушек по обсуждают, да и все это происходит в вагоне поезда, этот стук колес по рельсам словно бальзам на душу
    Локации красивейшие, начиная от болотной Волги, закачиваю абсолютно мертвым Новосибирском. Немало важную роль играет освещение на этих локах, тут конечно мое почтение, выглядит потрясающе. Персонажи живые, не то что за бойца ордена можно положить весь Ямантау, та даже за Кирилла из Новосиба не грех каждому библиотекарю по ушам проехать. Любовная линия гг с Аней прописана очень хорошо, чувствуется вот эта волшебная связь между ними, как Аня переживала за Артемку когда тот не выходил на связь длительное время, или как сам Артем ловил глюки от радиации в лечебке, и везде видел свою возлюбленную, и из последних сил бежал к ней что бы помочь, очень приятно смотреть за этим
    Ну и концовка, хорошая концовка просто выбила из меня тонну слез, финальная речь Мельника про то как он извиняется перед Артемом, говорит что был не прав, что забыл как то для чего орден создал, и сказал что всегда хотел сына как гг, просто заставила меня затопить соседей снизу. Ненавижу правда когда просят прощения перед умершими, или наоборот перед самой смертью, как раз из-за обилия вызванных слез.
    Достойно будет оценить этот шедевр на 20 херовых бля мест из 10

    aun en pleno 2023 y quien todavía duda en si jugar o no METRO les aseguro que vale la pena jugarlo, ¡El juego es genial! Gran captura de la atmósfera local! el juego más atmosférico de su tipo. Gran historia, digna de una adaptación cinematográfica. ¡Excelentes gráficos del nivel de 2018! Los diálogos están bien escritos, te hacen reír y llorar, por así decirlo.

    Hands down my favorite game in the Metro Series. There is less of mystical stuff. Game is generally focused on post-apocalyptic survival and exploration. I consider Metro Exodus a fully fledged AAA first person story game. That's a mouthful, but it is a great leap forward for the series as a whole. Previous two titles were AA quality, but still awesome. Metro Exodus is excellent.

    In general, this part is much better than the previous ones, everything is still well developed here, attention to the details. The plot is brighter and more touching. It is especially very cool at the end to watch, for what it was worth playing. DLCs are funny, which complement the plot, but not so interesting.
    All also there are bugs, flaws. Sound and music became better.

    In order to fully enjoy this game, and in general the entire metro series, you need to live in a country that was part of the USSR, because the atmosphere that comes out of this game can only be perceived as much as possible by people who lived or live in the same environment, relatives.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Great atmosphere, story, combat and immersion. Cool crafting system and many options how to play the game. The only thing I dislike is that if you want a good ending, you very often need to play it as a pacifist, not as a shooter game. I did all the positive quests, dialogues and such, yet I got my bad ending, because I shot back at an enemy without knowing it may affect anything.… Expand

    Last Light was peak Metro game but Exodus is still 10/10. And they should really let protagonist talk, clearly their dialogue writing is good.

    1) STORY / NARRATIVE: Goosebumps! The most intense and hearth-breaking story i have seen for a long time. Emotional and satisfying ending for sure. Metro already has been known as a franchise that offers solid storylines. Not just the lore and story but also the way it serves that to the player is fantastic. That is definitely still here with exodus. A fantastic voyage thru this universe1) STORY / NARRATIVE: Goosebumps! The most intense and hearth-breaking story i have seen for a long time. Emotional and satisfying ending for sure. Metro already has been known as a franchise that offers solid storylines. Not just the lore and story but also the way it serves that to the player is fantastic. That is definitely still here with exodus. A fantastic voyage thru this universe that Dimitri Glukhovski created. Exodus is based on and starts with Metro 2035 and adds a lot of details to it afterwards.

    2) COMBAT / MECHANICS: This is not your typical FPS game. Carachter movement is so slow and far from being nimble. Mobility is highly restricted. You have to watch not just your back but also everywhere because there is no escape if you do a mistake. Same story with the ammunition and resources. So in terms of mobility and resource management, Metro Exodus is stingy. I love that tho. But clearly its not refined. I don’t remember how many times i got stuck in the middle of something important because of some weird terrain and game control interaction. So its unique, fun and good enough but feels far from being perfect.

    3) ATMOSPHERE / VISUAL DESIGN: Clearly the strongest part of the game with the story. Metro Exodus is kinda a 10-15 hour in-game engine playable cutscene. Illustrations are unbelievably good. Scenes and details are well made. Enviroment of the linear parts of the game are probably the best ones i have seen. At least one of the best in the gaming industry at the moment. Lightings, music and everything is nicely done. Every single part of the game pushes you to different emotions. Sometimes you feel the disgust. Sometimes you cry. 10/10!
    Unless you have arachnophobia or herpetophobia. Gonna say it from the start, if you have one of those you are definitely not gonna feel comfortable in this game in a bad way. There are so many disgusting creatures and enemies you will encounter. And some of them are really common. Game has 3 different small but highly detailed open worlds that have different bioms, side activities that will add more to the main story and different mechanics in it. You will spend around 2-3 hours in each. Also at the start, end of the game and between the open worlds there are unique linear sections that will take around 5 hours in total as well. In total this is around 10-15 hours a beast of an experience.

    4) OPTIMIZATION / PERFORMANCE:
    I am not very positive here. It works fine in terms of frame rates years after its release except some specific areas. But the way it performs and the layering is kinda weird. First of all crashes are common enough to make you angry. Also freezes and program not answering problems are still going on. Rarely but still there sadly. And the problem i talked about in the mechanic section, terrain and 3D model interactions are weird for NPC’s too. I have seen someone teleported or stuck for 2-3 seconds a lot.

    OVERALL: Probably one of the best and most unique FPS games we have seen lately. Not gonna say this is a must play for everyone or a classic but definitely deserves a shot if you are into something different than the other FPS game campaigns we did get last 5-6 years. A perfect storytelling sweet spot between a disgusting thriller piece that will make you uncomfortable in a good way, an emotional storyline that follows interesting areas and enviroments and a super heavy stealth based action.     The game contains great atmosphere. i really was sad at the end and the story was great. except for some jumpscares hahaha. overall it was good... only problem is the mainchracter doesnt talk

    Metro has always been a very niche game series with poor storytelling, broken stealth and unsatisfying shooting mechanics, which are offset by original setting. The same is true for Exodus, although it also adds "pointless open world" to the pile. [Issue#236, p.28]
