Aaaah MDK, that was a miracle in it's time. Incredibly unique 3rd person fast-paced action with very alternative atmosphere, characters and the world it was set in. Beautiful visuals for the time and definitely pretty memorable experience. 9/10

This is the first game I have ever played, I've been playing it all these years and still do. I love it more than MDK2, and it is a bummer that shiny entertainment doesn't exist anymore.

So much innovation came around the time of MDK's release. So many great games. This was not an exception. Solid third person shooter, with addictively energizing techno tracks, and hilerious story told in a comic like style.
    Unforgetible :)

A real gem from Interplay's backcatalogue resurrected on Steam. The double bundle of MDK 1 & 2 is definitely worth picking up if you enjoy a unique platformer with crazy powerups, difficult environmental puzzles, ridiculous humor, and uh, sniping.

-strange nonsensical plot. Dropping in to save cities with a mad doctor and a trust four armed dog or six, I can't remember who only pulls you out of space tunnels.
-Beginning dropping in points are fun for the one time, as well as the ending light tunnels, fun the first time, boring after the third.
-Level design is hit or miss, first level not good, second level is stellar and same with the fourth. Final boss is a joke, and how you kill him...odd in the oddest ways.
-Any mirror platform reflecting the crazy futuristic city is awesome.
-The dark palette does get mundane sometimes.
    -kinda glitchy.
-beat it under three hours...sometimes thats a good thing, sometimes its a bad
    -overall potentially worth your time.,

MDK is a fun, fast pasted shooter that will throw enemies at you until your eyes burn out. Of course, this is not a bad thing. The game has unique segments throughout, where you may have to glide from platform to platform with your built in parachute, get a mortar in a vent so it will land on an alien, or snowboard down an alien mountain alongside James Bond style music.
Overall, this game is a blast and although it can be frustrating, it is still very easy to enjoy, even by todays standards.

One of the most underrated action games in the history. This game has it all. The style, the elegance,
the awesome action sequences, the simple enviromental puzzles, and above all, this is one of the first games, if not the first one ever, that introduced the functional sniper rifle into the gameplay.
