-
It is, in essence, the perfect example of how to make an engrossing, addictive game through the most minimalist means.
-
Massive Assault Network 2 is a game that deserves attention.
-
A solid title that oozes replayability.
-
This is an online turn-based strategy game done right. Even though the difficulty can be pretty tough, the game succeeds as both a casual or engaging war game. It's good on all fronts.
-
The strip down presentation and easy to use interface allows anyone to get into the game without any barriers.
-
If you really want to have a crack at more cerebral online strategy, you should have a look at the splendid DefCon first. It may not have anywhere near the scope or variety offered in MAN2’s maps and random-ally allocation, but it’s a fair bit cheaper and, dare we say it, requires less work to enjoy.
-
With the inclusion of a story mode and faster gameplay the MAN series could be a hit someday. Until then, there's really no justification to purchase it.
