You can choose to control the allies, comprised of the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands, South Africa, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the Soviet Union, Australia and New Zealand. Or choose to control the powerful axis alliance of Germany, Japan, Italy and Finland, and also including Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Baltic states. Whichever alliance you choose, you will control the entire alliance as one entity. It's a go-for-broke battle for total conquest.
