Game maker Wild Game Studio abuses DMCA to censor negative reviews of their games. They actively forge positive reviews of their games. Stay far away from anything made by Wild Games Studio.

Very addictive gameplay here. It's only missing the multiplayer mode, but I really don't mind this. I'm having a problem with controls in the menu (Steam version), and it lags a little when changing skins, but I believe these problems will be fixed. Great graphics and music. All in all, this is a very good game. Buy it!

Fun enough puzzler. The dynamic music could be much improved by a few samples that don't sound ripped straight from Dance eJay. The graphics are servicable if sometimes a little distracting, but more could be done to make this port feel like a PC game instead of a stripped down console port. Where's the multiplayer options?

This is just a horrible game in general. The dev is so bad that wouldn't find to destroy someone's hard work just so their god awful game will make more money.

DONT BUY THIS, let them lose as much money as possible as they deserve.

Stay as far away from Wild Games Studios as you possible can. They're against free speech and they're lying bastards. On top of that they make horrible horrible games.

One of the best and most attractive puzzle game out there, very addictive I'd recomend it to anyone, although not everyone will appreciate. Its past 5am and I still cant stop playing it.

Puzzle gaming at its best. I'm think it's the fact that it seems to combine a puzzle game with action elements (sometimes you have to be reaaaally fast) and with cool tunes, which make s this game so addictive. It really needs more skins for longer gameplay, tho, and an internet ranking system would be rad.

Lumines is the best puzzle game I have played since that one that starts with a T... It pairs up some pretty graphics and great sound (most of the time) to create a very pleasant puzzle environment. The only major issue I have with the PC version ovre say, Lumines Live, is that you do not have the option for the "booster" sets... at least not as of yet. its... a decent puzzle game with an interesting music mechanic placed in. it is not nearly as obviously a core part of the game as in Chime for example.

I played the PC version, and I am severely underwhelmed by the content of the game. If I had to explain this game simply to someone, I would say, get Tetris, Chime, and Puzzle Fighter smashed together, and you get Lumines. The

The gameplay is simple, but hard to master, however, the largest issue is that it doesnt feel nearly as addictive as just straight up Tetris, and lacks the charm of Puzzle Fighter, and lacks the heavy emphasis on music of Chime. it feels like it tried to be something different by copying the looks of other series... and then falling flat on its face with the very "meh" feeling you get from playing the game. I can only play the game maybe 5-10 minutes before I get deathly bored with it.

The only content this game really gives you that is worth your while is the puzzles. the standard challenge mode (basically an arcade mode) is pathetically dull, and the different skins and music start to grate on you after a while.

The world of Lumines isn't always a pretty place, but it looks much better in motion. Try it. Hey, it's free. [Mar 2008, p.110]

Lumines is a beautiful distraction that can be as relaxing as it is challenging. While the base gameplay is enjoyable the few outstanding features are missing from the PC version.
