    I don’t think a couple more branching points would have gone amiss, but even as a strictly linear visual novel, LoveKami -Divinity Stage- is a great game. It touches on some serious themes around idol culture and sexuality, but mostly, it’s just a cute, sexy romantic comedy to get the heart pumping.

    LoveKami -Divinity Stage- is an incredible about face from MoeNovel. Once poised to strip any hint of sexuality from visual novels, they’ve now completely reversed course with their fanservice-filled release.

    It's a very professionally made product that's visually stunning, not just because of the E-mote engine. It's well directed, has a well written cute story, endearing characters and good original music. The good voice actresses fit and help build the characters.
    The actress for Kagura in particular can be quite comedic. She must have voiced over many anime, I'd suppose.

    What may turn many players down is that it's basically a kinetic novel with only one option, where you can choose the route for one of the three girls to follow after a common route. I like kinetic novels, so it didn't matter for me.    … Full Review »
