    Can't say a lot without spoiling anything since it's really short. It's about the last few days before Max moves away with her parents and she hasn't told Cloe yet. It's funny and sad. I loved it. It really completes the story and it is without a doubt worth those few extra bucks.

    It's quite simple really: just as it was with Before the Storm, if you're a fan of Life is Strange and Chloe Price in particular, you have to get this episode.     Another great adventure of Max and Chloe in an atmospheric world full of emotions.
    My only issue with this Episode was the look of the girls not adding up with the original LiS. So it seems they were older before what happened in the Farewell episode but then they reportedly haven't seen each other until LiS which doesn't make sense.

    Ahoy there! "Farewell" DLC for Life is Strange: Before the Storm is one heck of an adventure! I can't even begin to describe how much fun I had replaying as kid Max and relishing the nostalgia of it all. And hearing the original voice actor for Chloe was like music to my ears, bringing back so many memories. But, let me tell ya, that ending... oh, it tugged at my heartstrings like aAhoy there! "Farewell" DLC for Life is Strange: Before the Storm is one heck of an adventure! I can't even begin to describe how much fun I had replaying as kid Max and relishing the nostalgia of it all. And hearing the original voice actor for Chloe was like music to my ears, bringing back so many memories. But, let me tell ya, that ending... oh, it tugged at my heartstrings like a whirlwind!

    To be honest, I thought it might be a quick ride, but I was pleasantly surprised by how much content they packed into this DLC. It's not super lengthy, mind you, but it does go beyond your typical DLC duration, in my humble opinion. Everything about it was top-notch - the gameplay, the visuals, the breathtaking OST, and those rollercoaster of emotions; they had me all teary-eyed one minute and grinning like a goofball the next - truly a complete package!

    Arrr, me hearties, I felt like a pirate sailing through a sea of emotions! And with this chapter, we bid farewell to our beloved Max & poor Chloe, leaving me with a tearful goodbye. T.T    … Expand

    Will fans enjoy Life is Strange: Before the Storm's Bonus Episode: Farewell episode? Without a single doubt, yes! However, for a chapter revolving around what is probably such a pivotal moment in the franchise's history, it's also kind of disappointing, as it's a bit too short, the drama is not as strong, and the choices at hand don't alter things that much. In fact, most of the fun will stem from snooping around, rather than everything else.

    Emotional experiences like this are why art exists. Art is subjective and sometimes we love a piece of art not because it is objectively the best, but because it has resonated with us in a way we could have never predicted. I might have said farewell to them, but Max and Chloe will stay with me for years to come, and I’m cautious but excited to see where the series will go now that it has said farewell to Arcadia Bay.

    Did you like Life is Strange? Then, whether or not a prequel was strictly necessary, you should absolutely play this.
