KathyG.May 6, 2006I love the law and order games, but law and order criminal intent is slow between scene changes and parts of the evidence keeps flashing on my screen and I've re-started it so many times I'm frustrated and ready to delete it from my computer and I have both patches on too.

With the exception of the bugs that I mentioned, this game is compelling. When you feel the need to play a game in any spare moment (bugs and all) you know that it's a good game.

The game has its fair share of aggravating glitches, but manages to simulate the feel of the show and offer up a substantial crime scene experience at the same time.

If you enjoy easy-going, slow-paced games, if you like watching the “Law & Order” television series (or, really, any police procedural series), or if you just have some time to kill, then you might like Criminal Intent well enough.
