    I recommend this game as it is just flat out fun to play. I personally play Dead By Daylight and I was looking for something a little different. This game goes far more in depth with mechanics and features compared to it. Yes, it is riddled with bugs and glitches, but to be fair the game literally just recently got released on steam.     Although there are very few players this game is genuinely fun. The game does need a tutorial... A PROPER tutorial. New players may struggle in the beginning and think that the killers are too strong but the game gets easier and a little survivor sided as you get better and better. Hopefully the next update to the arcanum gives killers a little more hustle in their bustle.

    I could definitely recommend this game, it has been receiving a lot more attention since it has been on discord, with the steam release, it did have a rocky start for like the first 3 days but after that, I think the game is rock solid game play! It is super fun to play and even better with friends!     A great game where you can actual kill the killer and teamwork really is the dream work! You can't 1vs1 the killer unless he super low health and things get intense sometimes! Escape or die trying.

    Last Year is a wonderful experience. Basicly you are 5 teenagers trapped in an arena against a killer whos job is to kill you all before you get the objectives done and escape. Its similar to Dead by Daylight but instead of looping to survive you can work as a team, fight back and actually kill the killer! The developers work very hard to keep the game updated and the player base happy.Last Year is a wonderful experience. Basicly you are 5 teenagers trapped in an arena against a killer whos job is to kill you all before you get the objectives done and escape. Its similar to Dead by Daylight but instead of looping to survive you can work as a team, fight back and actually kill the killer! The developers work very hard to keep the game updated and the player base happy. Its worth your money and time, highly recommended for anyone who is a fan of horror and multiplayer gaming.… Expand

    So, even with my small 5 hours of game time, I would like to leave a review. I believe this game is and is going to be great. I enjoyed my time, as they update pretty much every day and matchmaking is fixed for me. Its also only $20, which is fair. I watched the early release footage from a year ago or so and was so excited to hear it was coming to Steam and it was cheap enough to pick it up and I was happy about it. They did take out upgrading weapons and items, but my reasoning for that is that people focused too much on upgrading and not the objective, the result of that was the killer getting pounded into the ground or the survivors wasting too much time getting scrap. They OVERHAULED the atmosphere to be dark and scary, making it more of a co-op horror game that is just scary enough to not make you freak out. I recommend checking it out, possibly buying it, play 2 matches, and decide if you want to return it or keep it. I will be playing more of this in the future. I personally have had fun.… Expand

Run get thing, save team mate who didnt listen, go save another and another and another until either time runs out or you all die... the only way to win properly is if the killer is an utter potato, which is rare cuz even most killers can set a trap and press M1 to win. :)

    The game is utterly gorgeous on max settings and is definitely polished on a graphics stand point, the kills are brutal, the executions are just... good lord. The back and forth between survivors is realistic and fun and you can tell that a lot of work has gone into this game.

    Killer is so fun and rewarding, plus much like DbD you get more points/cosmetic currecy just for showing up.

Рукожoпaм-недоразработчикам не хватило целого года для того чтобы довести свою сырую поделку до ума, и в результате они просто обоcpaлись (причём уже второй раз подряд). Подобная дрянь должна быть снабжена соответствующей пометкой (точнее клеймом), а именно должно быть указано что данный полуфабрикат является "игрой" в раннем доступе, а не полноценным продуктом (ведь в данный момент это Early Access в чистом виде). Никому не советую покупать этот никчёмный выcep криворуких макак, потому что никакого удовольствия от постоянного лагодрома вы не получите (а за мана вам вообще поиграть не дадут, и вы будете целый час торчать в лобби, пока не заснёте). Даже DBD не вызывает у меня такого стойкого чувства омерзения как вот эта отвратная блевотина. Я очень жалею что не запросил вовремя возврат средств потраченных на этот кал. P.S. А мошенникам которые сваяли это дepьмо будучи в состоянии наркотического опьянения, я от всей души желаю обанкротиться, да побыстрее, поскольку такие дауничи (и творческие импотенты в придачу) должны улицы подметать, а не делать игры.… Expand

    This game is great and works really nice as a break from dbd and other games from the genre.

    Yes it can be kinda buggy at some times and the peer 2 peer servers are not so great buuut if you're able to look past these small inconveniences unlike the crybabies here you can have a really fun time!

I was a discord player, I supported the game from the very start, and the game died after a few weeks after first release as the devs went silent and no updates were seen, but then a year later suddenly they speak up again and talk about how a major update is coming and steam release.     I think this game is pretty good so far. There is different object to get depending which map you are on. I like the character creations, they are very creative and interesting, but all I can complain about is the hosts. If the killer gets killed or doesn't get a kill, they throw a fit and DC. This makes me pretty angry, because i do not get anything in return. They need to make it whereI think this game is pretty good so far. I had 5 DCs in a row under an hour when i just bought the game. If they can fix this, this will make me happy. I can also recommend a mode or something to help new players what to do. I understand the game wants us to figure out what to do, but it would be nice to explain like the level up progress or how to play game. I believe this game has potential to become even better. I have a lot of videos about this game and this what got me interested. I just played an hour and already had some opinions about this game. This game is overall fun and worth to play with a friend or by yourself.… Expand

    Last Year is the newest addition to the asymmetrical multiplayer genre and hot damn did it hit the ground running.

    BEST GAME EVER!!! I had on discord but due to me losing my discord account i lost the game, i didn't want to spend money on it again until i heard it came out on steam! I missed playing this game and I'm happy to see so many new things in the game. To the devs please keep up the epic and incredible work, cant wait to see what chapter 2 might have in store

    A good game, there's no ranking system so it felt more like a casual game to play with friends rather than a game that needed to be played competitively. While it had a bumpy launch, this game seems to be on the right track right now.
    Definitely worth the price I paid for it, plus it's even better to play with friends with voice chat on.

    Even after a year of extra time along with over 2 million dollars from grants and Kickstarter alone the developers are still not capable of making a game that could be considered worth the price tag. Maybe if it was half or a quarter of the price I'd somewhat consider it but as it stands now this game should be given a wide berth.

    It was a pretty good game i would give it a 7 if they didnt make you have to pay for the game again and make the origanl copy £3.99 and the one u need to play £23.79
