Feb 5, 2026Kejora is a visually striking 2D puzzle adventure that leans heavily on hand-drawn, Ghibli-inspired aesthetics and a gentle, melancholic tone. While its atmosphere and story carry emotional weight, the gameplay remains overly simple and sometimes clumsy, with weak audio design and restrictive saving systems. It’s a heartfelt narrative experience, best suited for players who value art and mood over mechanical depth.

Feb 4, 2026Kejora, despite the occasional flaws that I noted, was a pleasure to experience. The story spoke to matters of protecting those around you and what you would do to ensure the safety of others, and did so in a nice, concise few hour package. And in a world of video games that ask upwards of 100 hours of gameplay to finish (yes, I play JRPG’s if you weren’t aware), a brief tale like Kejora is a welcome experience.

Feb 2, 2026Kejora isn’t loud. It isn’t flashy. And it isn’t trying to impress you with scale. What it does instead is quietly tell a story about change, fear, and the comfort — and danger — of staying the same. I do have to say however that although the game’s visuals are fantastic and story meaningful. Kejora is very short. Also compared to other Indie titles I have covered it’s price tag is unfair for ~3 hours of gameplay with no replay value.
