Just in Time Incorporated is Just Okay. It’s a great concept, but the execution is lacking. As it stands, the puzzle solutions feel too stilted and leave you craving more challenge, however, the brief title is still more enjoyable than not, with humor that consistently delivers. Though fairly polished, and with mechanics that plainly work, we get the impression that there's a great game in Just in Time – just not this time.

Just in Time’s premise alone is brilliant enough to warrant a look, though the game only scratches the surface of its potential. When it gets it right, saving lives in slow-motion is a silly thrill, but many of the game’s levels are simply unmemorable. Second Wind is onto something here, but its short campaign never successfully mixes the comedy, action, and puzzle-solving into one truly satisfying package. These elements instead remain separate, creating an inconsistent, albeit promising, experience.

Just In Time Incorporated is a VR title that you’ll enjoy from start to finish. With its comedy styling’s, slow motion mechanics and simple pick up and play gameplay, it’s suited to any VR player. Unfortunately it’s desperately missing that replay factor, there’s nothing to keep you coming back once you’ve completed it – which isn’t that hard to do.
