When I changed servers I lost everything I paid for - all my ship blueprints, tech points, chu-coins, proxima, everything all gone. $300 CAD worth of coins and items all deleted by Netease so I could have the joy and enthusiasm to pay for it all over again for the stuff I already should own.
One thing that should be noted is that $300 CAD is enough to buy TWO entire games on Steam and own them 100% for the rest of my life.
This whole scenario is contrary to their game telling you it saves the blueprints, techpoints , etc. and why would a game just delete all your coins you paid for? So I figured change servers and start from base level 0. The problem is though that you can spend real money to speed up the base level upgrades, and I did, so I would expect that also to be transferred to the new server - if they want to reset the base level, stop allowing people to spend REAL MONEY on it. Same with all the other stuff, if you are going to reset it, STOP ALLOWING PEOPLE TO SPEND MONEY ON IT. If they spend money on something it should be theirs for life, in any server for that game...
Never before have I paid for a game more than 60-180 and not owned the game and everything in it for life... Never before have I had to pay all over again just because of changing servers. In Counterstrike, you buy skins, change servers, and THEY ARE STILL THERE because you paid REAL MONEY for them. There is no technological or programmatic reason to delete everything a player owned and paid real money for just because they changed servers.
This game is predatory. You can spend an infinite amount of money. I call this game "Infinite PayPig".… Expand
