    The creators of this series must be well familiar with mottos like "Perfection lies in simplicity" and "Don't fix what's not broken". They really don't try to make ibomber games anything more than just simple classic TDs, and they don't have to! Those games are insanely fun and addicting, despite, or maybe because they have so simple and familiar gameplay. Oh i have i seen attempts at making Tower Defense genre fresh, and yeah sure TD-FPS like Sanctum are epic and worked well, but many others just utterly failed (e.g. Unstoppable Gorg... it had so many bad ideas). Why they failed? Because the developers was mistaken by an idea that TDs have old and boring gameplay that needs to be spiced up in order to be succesful nowadays, they couldn't be more far off truth! I love TD's and i can hardly get ever bored of watching my defenses vaporizing waves of enemies. And thats why ibomber is great, its simple and pure addictive fun!… Expand

    **** this stupid linear tower defense garbage. I love tower defense games and I've played some really bad ones, but I think this series takes the cake as possibly the worst of the worst. Squeezed out by a bunch of untalented **** **** it has no innovation, no imagination, and is strictly "what build order do these ****ing corksnots want on THIS level?"

    To make me rage even more, after    **** this stupid linear tower defense garbage.     To make me rage even more, after 100% beating the Axis campaign with all perfects on Veteran the game bugged out and denied me the victory, claiming that I didn't perfect each level which is 100% TOTAL ****ING **** I only played this stupid braindead abomination to the end because I was going to 100% it to prove a point to someone.

    Nice little game. It's one of the more simplistic tower defense games I have played, and I'm pretty sure it's just ported from iOS. But if you are new to the genre and want to learn, or want some light fun on your netbook, it's well worth the $5. If you are a more serious gamer, though, you'll probably be happier with offerings like Defense Grid or Sanctum. A couple small gripes: there isNice little game. It's one of the more simplistic tower defense games I have played, and I'm pretty sure it's just ported from iOS. But if you are new to the genre and want to learn, or want some light fun on your netbook, it's well worth the $5. If you are a more serious gamer, though, you'll probably be happier with offerings like Defense Grid or Sanctum. A couple small gripes: there is no in-game music. The only music is on the title screen. Also, it has almost no graphics options and runs only at a 4:3 aspect ratio. The framerate is capped at 30fps (via FRAPs), but it doesn't really matter for a slow 2D game like this. Overall, though, if you are looking for a cheap little tower defense game to keep you busy this should fit the bill..… Expand

    A refreshing, casual game which can be played whenever you need to distract yourself. It offers multivariate maps, unique challenges, and upgrades you can apply to customize your gameplay at any level. Being a tower defense game for only a couple of dollars, you won't regret what you get in return for buying this game.

    Anyone who liked this, i would suggest Defense Grid. To anyone who hasn't played it yet it is a good Defense Tower type of game, which is pretty fun, but becomes tedious pretty fast, since it seems the levels can be passed using only one (designer-predetermined) strategy of turret placement. And since you can basically re-roll back only once every three turns you will replay one levelAnyone who liked this, i would suggest Defense Grid. To anyone who hasn't played it yet it is a good Defense Tower type of game, which is pretty fun, but becomes tedious pretty fast, since it seems the levels can be passed using only one (designer-predetermined) strategy of turret placement. And since you can basically re-roll back only once every three turns you will replay one level FROM THE BEGINNING many many times. Also, there aren't many upgrades, and if you play a flawless game, you will open all of them up in 5 rounds.

    i played the demo on steam and i love it, its simple, fun and doesnt use too much system resources, all we want on a game. For me it has only one fault: No music.

    One of the best defense games out there. Giving an 8 because like most, it gets stale after a bit. Being able to pause the game and deal with your units is a big plus.

    The game is very generic and is not developing anything new to the genre. It's just slightly above average tower defense game which can be fun for some people as well as boring for others.

    This game is very addictive, once you start playing you forget about time. Maybe its the sound effects, maybe its the blowing up of stuff, i dunno but its definitely fun :-)
