Dec 1, 2014This game is not super fancy high budget **** and it's high comedy value would suffer for trying to be. This is basically a story that humanizes those poor fools who bail us out when we screw up, and the simple graphics that some people have mocked helps bring home the mundane reality of these people's lives. All the while, it keeps things entertaining with a good sense of humor.

Dec 1, 2014A simple but clear and well thought out empathy game representing the realities of working in a call center. Not the most beautiful thing but then, neither is life.

Jul 6, 2016As mind-numbing and soul-draining as the game (and customer service in general) tend to be, any game whose ultimate lesson turns out to be, just maybe, be better to each other, is an experience worth having.
