    Pros: - Very fun to play and play and play and play!! - Visually is beautiful! - The OST is one of the best parts of this game (yeah I know the chicks! ¬¬) - It has hidden waifus to continue the cheating - The difficulty curve is well balanced in my opinion. I'm not an expert of this kinds of games but I liked the different kinds of gifts and things to have    GOTY 2015 / 2016 / 2017

    - Storywise is not as other dating sims. It could have had a bit more interaction between the girls.

    Between the puzzles you can partake in a simplistic dating sim with each of the girls, learning things about them and what they like to help you progress in the match 3 puzzles.
    Its a simple game, with a simple reward, but it works and will keep you coming back again and again.
    For a $10 game, you cant really go wrong...even if it doesn't help the whole exploitation of women in games situation.    … Expand

    I found out about this title through Genna Bain's 'Let's Play' video of it, and after seeing the initial aesthetics of the game I was convinced this would be the most sexist game of recent years.     Let's get the gameplay out of the way first, as in many ways it's the most unimportant aspect as it's a simple analysis - it's very solidly built, "match three" puzzle mechanics, very few frills or innovation, but it does what it does extremely well and it provides the backbone for the game that I have no complaints about. Indeed, that is why it gets a 9 from me - for it's genre, it's a strong title on that merit alone.

    But now let's discuss the peripheral stuff. The game is pornography. Instantly, this will have certain people up in arms before playing it, but... you'd be wrong. It's not just big boobed women for the sake of it; the purpose behind them being in the game is, in a word, genius.

    Because the reason isn't for male fantasy - this is decidedly a game better suited to female play. Surprise you? Don't believe me? That's fine, but it definitely is. First of all, the genre itself leans towards females, but what makes the characters and scenarios in the game so feminist are the caricatures and stereotypes themselves. Every single character in this game is an over the top stereotype, to the point where you quickly realise that they are, by design, there to be laughed at - not in a mean-spirited way, but in a self-deprecating way.

    I'll give you an example - you'll see the big boobed MILF pornstar, the conservative asian, the archtypal schoolgirl, and you'll laugh at the dialogue matching the stereotype and, critically, laugh at the perception that boys think women actually exist like this.

    This is the key point - the idea that you can press buttons to score points to turn a sexual stereotype on is... funny! I personally thought the game was OK; but my other half absolutely loved it, because it's entertaining first and foremost.

    It's a difficult concept to grasp - how can porn be feminist? But this is the case here, and the game itself stands as a 'social justice warrior' test - if a person can play this game and hate it with every fibre of their being and see no redeeming qualities whatsoever, then they aren't coming to that view honestly, as they are biased against naked women in gaming or any hint of it, and are therefore the SJW's the #Gamergate movement often thinks every feminist is.

    However, if they can look at the game, realise what it's doing, and come to the conclusion that it's a clever ruse, with more depth than it seems to have on the surface, then they are actual feminists, and are judging things on the content of the title itself, rather than a biased preconception coming into it.

    Feminist principles in video games are not inherently bad - in fact, they are largely good, as it means games as daring and diverse as this come to be. Leave your preconceptions at the door about nudity in video gaming, look at this game for what it is, and you'll see that it's well worth $10 of your time if you are an avid puzzle gamer and that the dev here is well worth applauding for taking a chance on creating a worthwhile game, instead of taking the easy route and creating sexist clickbait for men.    … Expand

    This game is very funny and definetly worth playing it. On its "genre" it's the best I know so far. One little minus: the replayability isn't really great. After I finished it once, I didn't play it another time. I hope there will be additional content in the future.

    Over all this game is definetly worth the time and money.

    On the outside, this game looks just like an anime dating sim. BUT. On the inside..... its still a dating sim. But instead of the usual, you woo her over by your pro MLG skillz at good ol classic Bejeweled, with a little bit of a crutch to make the fairly hard levels flow better. The best thing in this game is hands down the dialogue. Its so cliché and cringe-like that makes it absolutelyOn the outside, this game looks just like an anime dating sim. BUT.     This is by all means, a game of utmost beauty. The characters are all interesting, and therefore gives you great motivation to smash and steal their panties. Every single step of the way is one you'll remember, thanks to how legitimately competent the mechanics, gameplay, and story actually are. Having to be forced to learn everybody makes you wonder what it's all for, and during sex, youThis is by all means, a game of utmost beauty.     The Game is really fun, the soundtrack is very good, and drawings are also very well made. For many pervy guys its a really good game and they will love it. im not a pervy kind of guy but i sure do love this game, its an incredible game not to miss, but its of course not for children, its sure that its an incredible game, and its not to miss at all. also the game contains A LOT of pornography (or in this case, hentai), some characters contains an incredible and creative set (4 characters in total, which i won't say). and also, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MONEY IN THIS GAME. i already said many times but DON'T EVER MISS THIS GAME. its a must own masterpiece. Characters are: Audrey (the mega sexy **** Kyu (the Love Fairy/Snoop Dogg's Vision of a fictional hentai fairy as result of too much weed), Venus, Aiko (the teacher), Beli, Celeste, Jessie (the MILF), Kyanna (The Mastered **** Lola (coffee addicted girl), Momo, Nikki (the retro girl gamer that don't like to speak with people too much but is still a sexy girl), and Tifanny (the lolicon looking 20 year old girl). im not going to say much about them as i spoiled it enough. HuniePop has many suprising aspects, that i never expected to find in a such a game like this. Story is well, not serious but a good story overall, the story is about the protagonist that was on a bar and finds a girl called Kyu, Talks with her, and later wakes up, at night, with a love fairy, and its Kyu, that looks really different then the way you finded her before, so she makes a tutorial to how to do the puzzles (matching) and all, and she gives you a choice from somewhere to go and meet a girl, and the long hilarious hentai journey begins. there is much more to discover in this game and the game overall recieves a 10/10 - a masterpiece. Overall Fraise: HuniePop only wants to bring a fun puzzle aspect, and pornography, but also by mistake, ends up in a masterpiece of a game, that contains things that are REALLY suprising to find in a game of this kind.    … Expand

    The little Kickstarter project that could. The art and music are stellar, the gameplay is fun, and every bit of dialogue is fully voiced. The characters are fun and have clearly defined personalities and interests. Includes FOUR unlockable characters. It's a steal at $10. My only complaint is a lack of any real kind of ending.

    Haven't played a game and had so much fun in some time! It's definitely worth the purchase. Even though the resolution of the game is kinda annoying sometimes.

    Very silly and FUN puzzle visual erotic novel. You will find yourself coming back to play more and more. It has unique mixed game play that include very simplified visual novel, challenging puzzle game, and collectibles if you aim for that 100% completion.

    It's fun, but they stopped adding new Features what makes me kind sad. They really should keep updating/adding more content since the People who bought that Game didn't regret it - so that's an awesome state of adding new Stuff or even create a new Game too.

    I don´t like this kind of game, but for some reason HuniePop is ......NICE.
    The bejewelled part is very fun.The girls are totally clichê but i could not resist getting excited for the next date with each one of them.
    I recommend this game if you don´t take it serious .Wait for the next steam sale and it will probably be almost free.

    This game surprised me, the voice acting is fantastic, the characters are actually really fun, technical side it's a bit of a downer, the resolution scaling is a bit meh. However, music and sound part of the game is superb.

    The mini-game is surprisingly deep! It's a candy crush clone but done in a fun way.     I played this for at least 200 Hours, Simply Great.

    Something that I really appreciate from this game, well it have load of potential to be a wallet drier, but...
    It costs 5$ (Deluxe edition), and... it's a full game.

    Candy Crush with camel toe.

    Not one for the wank bank but nice to look at and some funny dialogue. Well if you are the sort of person to buy this type of game, you're likely to find it funny, especially the green smoking Sket and the horny MILF.

    I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it was. I was expecting something like Super Star or other half-hearted games, but that wasn't the case. The game cleverly combines eroticism with gameplay that may seem relatively mundane at first, but later becomes very intriguing, thanks to the rewards for winning, of course. The artwork is superb, and so is the OST. The voice acting is not perfect, but most of the voices didn't bother me (with a few exceptions), although I can't say they were of particularly high quality.

    What disappointed me, however, is the lack of widescreen support, despite the game being made in 2015. That's why the game automatically stretches when you start it, but I recommend removing the stretch from the settings. It's better to play with black bars on the left and right than to see the very creative (and downright beautiful) images stretched on the screen, turning them from enticing to ridiculous and comical.

    Besides the widescreen issue, I have one more thing to criticize, related to the requirements to beat the game. Avoiding spoilers, all I can say it is pretty hard to beat the game without using the internet.

    Looking past this, the game is, maybe not brilliant, but very interesting and pleasing to the eye, so to speak.    … Expand

    I should probably be shot for this, but I genuinely think Huniepop is both a really smart parody of dating games and a really addicting puzzle game that is easy to learn yet difficult to master. A crazy good game.

    HuniePop is pornography – darn fine pornography at that – but it’s also a shockingly good puzzle game. Occasionally those two identities feel at odds with each other, but for the most part they work in concert to show you a good time.
