    This is an amazing game. The game is so detailed. You feel as if you are Dr. House as you try to solve puzzles in the race against time to save your patient.

    If you are a House fan then maybe you can bear the game or else just move on to something you can kill your time with, but once you save your patient's life you'll feel like you are Dr. House.

    Honestly, it's difficult to find any redeeming quality about this "game" whatsoever. I picked it up recently as I'm a big fan of the series and it was in a bargain bin. I thought it'd be good for a laugh and, even if it were bad, It'd be fun to laugh at. Unfortunately, it's not "so bad it's good" - it's simply bad. Annoying, actually. The puzzles are... urgh.... they're just insultinglyHonestly, it's difficult to find any redeeming quality about this "game" whatsoever. Unfortunately, it's not "so bad it's good" - it's simply bad. Annoying, actually. The puzzles are... urgh.... they're just insultingly dumb. You have an array of doctor tools, and you simply pick one up and press them against where you see an exclamation mark, and you continue to do that until you unlock an absolutely terrible cut scene (still images, no CG movies) and then you rinse and repeat. They had the source material to come up with a really challenging medical mystery game and utterly bombed it by making it so easy that you're average five year old could point and click their way through this two hour long at best snorefest.

    The dialogue is notably unfunny. It tries to capture the Hugh Laurie wit but with no success whatsoever.

    I could go on and on but there's really no point. I can't recommend this title as a game; I can only recommend it for the real fanatic who has to collect everything and anything to do with House. It gets a 3/10 solely because the games imagery is decent; it has no other redeeming quality. Save yourself a bit of money and just download screenshots of the game.    … Expand

    This crappy collection of minigames, in which you play as House and his team of diagnosticians, doesn't come close to the TV show's soap operatic magnificence. [Feb 2011, p.77]

    This patient could be a zombie except that zombies have to have been alive once to come back to life after death. House, M.D. is D.O.A. and isn't even suitable as a time waster.

    If you're a die-hard fanatic of the series, then perhaps you'll find the game worthwhile enough, but for most people I'd recommend that you skip it.
