It's a average kind of game that feels sort of fun but ends up being cliched, tiresome and boring and keep playing just because I can and want to unlock and complete it as maybe Iam a bit OC.

The game is sort of ok but not great, especially as the ending was very abrupt and disapointing.

Saw some cool youtube reviews and picked it up in a whim. I was not sure about the $15 price tag because the game looks like a ported mobile game (but the dev site says otherwise) but holy moly wasn't I surprised when the game was actually entertaining. I played a lot of kairosoft game and while this game is somewhat similar, the charm really brings it up. I love it. I finished it but I didn't unlock everything, so I'm gonna give it another go. It's not a perfect game but I love how the devs are super responsive to people's feedback in the forums. A good game by a good developer! Expand

The best way of playing this game is to play it in sessions, especially when you came home from work/college/school, at least that's what i do. Some of those sessions end in 15 minutes, others - in 2 hours.
That's all i got to add to others comments. Yes, the game is addictive, challenging and funny.

Addictive, challenging, funny as hell. Yippee kee yay! I had been waiting to buy this game ever since the beta was released. This game was clearly inspired by recettear and game dev tycoon but it definitely sets itself apart by at least a mile, thanks to pretty unique market management system. A nice surprise was when I bought the game and found the game to be quite different than the beta build and the end result was a polished experience from beginning to almost end, as I haven't finished it yet. Also my game was affected by the save game bug and I stopped playing for a day, but then the studio fixed it straight away so it was very nice of them.

Really engaging and a lot of fun. Relax, laugh or just goof around - love it. Looking forward to the next instalment going into space - should be a blast.

No, we’re not talking about baby Jesus’ place of birth. Yorkshire residents use this expression if someone was to enter or leave a room and forget to do that crucial thing.

The game for what it is a very charming and entertaining trip if you’re willing to go through some repetitive gameplay.

The simplistic visuals and sound design of Holy Potatoes! A Weapon Shop!? may make the game seem aimed at a younger audience. Make no mistake, though, the gameplay has plenty of depth and complexity.

It's an interesting and different managerial game, bestowed with an unexpected humor. Give it a try if you're looking for something beyond the average experience.
