HMUR is a high-speed retro first-person shooter that combines the hardcore action of Hotline Miami, the high-tech Soviet setting of Atomic Heart, and Dusk's intense gunplay. Every move is your chance to survive, every stop is a ticket to oblivion.

The action unfolds in an alternate 1990s version of USSR. The city of Mirnogorsk is located in the depths of Khakassia, a city that is the pride of the Union, a center of innovation and progress. The high-tech facilities of this city embodied the vision and hopes for a bright future of every citizen.

Yet, a tragic accident turned the pride of the Soviet Union into chaos, bringing the protagonist, Sergei, into the center of it. A mere utility worker with a challenging fate.
