As has been said a lot of this should have just been included in the game and not added on as a 15$ DLC. The fact that they made the new lend-lease feature only available through the DLC is rather bothersome. DLC is for new content, events, units, ect. (imo anyway) New National Focus trees you can easily get through the workshop for free. Maybe on-sale at 5$ it'll be worth it. The patch itself (free) brings improved AI and several other additions that were needed. Honestly all of this should of just been in the patch or been in the game since day 1.

Adds some great new features to the game. Hearts of Iron IV easily has 500+ hours of potential when you play multiplayer. What other WW2 grand strategy game is out there?

Reality is folks that by buying this DLC, you support the free patches that provide a lot of new mechanics and bug fixes to the main game. Or would you rather buy loot crates? Making these games is expensive, get over

The limited edition Hoi4 offered the first 2 DLCs for free. Now I know why. This is not a DLC. Its a patch.

Half a year after the initial release they still havent figured out how to fix the broken AI.

Utter, Utter Rubbish. Paradox attempt to sell hopeless dlc which has already been done in the workshop. There is nothing new here. Nothing remotely interesting and nothing worth buying.
Yet they want £10.99 for it.
    Paradox can swing.

Having more small nations might seem good, but the reality is many of the nations are completely unplayable, short of some strict gambit or cheap AI tactic. The nations are too small, too irrelevant to matter and, as a result, the entire premise of this DLC is rendered negative. Sadly, Hearts of Iron IV: Together for Victory falls into the issues seen with other downloadable content from Paradox Interactive.

Together for Victory does a great job in fleshing out the factions of the Commonwealth and the Allied faction. States like Canada or the British Raj now offer unique playthroughs, and the addition of features like voice acting for certain factions, continuous focuses and a puppet system makes a great game even better.

It would be slightly unfair to say that a lot of these changes feel like a user-made mod, but at a price point as high as this, I can’t in good conscience recommend it as a must-buy for players of the base game.
