    The thing is, this is a large improvement over the mess that the Goblet of Fire was, but compared to the first three games, this game is bad.
    I have to say that this game has probably the second best designed Hogwarts in the whole series with the castle being really large and faithful to the movies but on the other hand it is WAY too large and it is not fun to search for every hidden    The thing is, this is a large improvement over the mess that the Goblet of Fire was, but compared to the first three games, this game is bad.
    I have to say that this game has probably the second best designed Hogwarts in the whole series with the castle being really large and faithful to the movies but on the other hand it is WAY too large and it is not fun to search for every hidden secret like it was in the first three games because it takes forever in this game.
    Also, the major part of the game play revolves around doing fetch quests to gain members for the Dumbledore Army. These quests are all pretty boring and because they require you to run from one place to another, doing some sort of a short jumping sequence or something else that's largely unimaginative and then running back, followed by running somewhere else again, doing something little and running back and repeating this for like 28 times or so, you can imagine the level of BOREDOM yourself.

    Its actually pretty disapointing. Graphicly it looks ok but the gameplay is far too hard and annoying. Its not interesting as well and rather boring to play.

    An exellent exellent game that perfectly recreates Hogwarts. It's also faithful to the book, you can play as Sirius and Dumbledore in the ministry level that's another 2 points for it, the exploring and the free roam in this game are the best of the series, maybe a little repetitive but not boring at all, pure fun, good graphics, the only thing that i don't like is that Snape's worstAn exellent exellent game that perfectly recreates Hogwarts.     This game seems to run on a really low fixed frame rate, which makes it really unpleasant to play.

    If the first parts of Harry Potter games were fan based platformers, The Order of the Phoenix became sort of action game. I remember enjoying playing some levels, and casting spells, but at some point somewhere in the middle, this game has nothing new to give and that is frustrating,

    It is the best Hogwarts in a Harry Potter game. However, I do have to agree even though I loved wandering around Hogwarts, it wasn't a good game.

    I'm a Wizarding World fan. When the game was released, I loved it for the Hogwarts design. If you've just watched movies and love them. Get this game to see Hogwarts. If you're a book fan, and hate movies then don't get it. Or maybe get it    It is the best Hogwarts in a Harry Potter game.     Graphics is quite ok.

    Spell casting is solved in very interesting way that I like - BUT!. However the problem is that camera is totally broken thanks to this casting solution, because you can not control that (I do not really know why, when you have to press left or right button). AI is really dumb and you fight with characters that are blocking your way pretty often (and they have    Graphics is quite ok.

    I am not even talking about a movement itself. "You will totally love doors" (end of sarcasm). Let's talk about targeting - you move by wasd, cast by mouse and target by arrows - so if you have 3 arms you will have no problem with that.

    And a last and the worst thing about this game - linear and repetitive story telling (producers never saw that book) with broken navigation system. 3/10    … Expand

    - отлично реализована система бонусов: за каждое полезное (и не совсем) действие вы получаете очки, чем больше очков - тем выше ваш уровень и уровень ваших заклинаний, чем выше уровень - тем больше бонусов вы    Плюсы:
    - очень тщательный подход разработчиков к созданию Хогвартса, который в нынешней игре выглядит просто великолепно: многочисленные дворики, коридоры, комнаты, лужайки, мосты.
    - отлично реализована система бонусов: за каждое полезное (и не совсем) действие вы получаете очки, чем больше очков - тем выше ваш уровень и уровень ваших заклинаний, чем выше уровень - тем больше бонусов вы можете открыть. К бонусам относятся игровые арты, фото со съемочной площадки, интервью с создателями игры и с актерами, в нем сыгравшими.
    - наконец-то доступен для изучения весь Хогвартс сразу (причем без подзагрузок) - вы вольны идти в любую сторону хоть с самого начала игры.
    - с экрана пропали индикатор здоровья, карта и так далее. Исчезли они потому, что стали ненужными. Вместо карты на экране в кармане у Гарри всегда есть волшебная Карта Мародеров, которая и местонахождение того или иного персонажа подскажет, и дойти до определенного места поможет.
    - за Гарри постоянно следуют по пятам Рон и Гермиона. Они перестали застревать в стенах и дверях! Правда, теперь они застревают на лестницах.
    - Мальчик, У Которого Отчеканено 220 Вольт На Лбу, научился лазить по трубам и карнизам, только вот «заботливые» разработчики убрали возможность прыгать - для того, чтобы спуститься с холмика метровой высоты, нужно обходить его долго и нудно.
    - отлично проработаны заклинания. Кстати, пользоваться теперь ими можно всегда и везде.
    - игра имеет в наличии великолепнейшую музыку, а все персонажи озвучены сыгравшими в фильме актерами.

    Минусы:
    - слабенькое графическое исполнение
    - немного кривое управление (соответствующая работа камеры прилагается). К тому же, так как игра затачивалась и под Nintendo Wii с ее революционной системой управления, то кое-какие аспекты, типа «дерни мышкой влево-вправо-влево и будет тебе большой бум» остались.
    Подводя итоги, следует сказать, что игра достойна внимания как поклонников фильма и книги, так и простых смертных, не знающих о том, что Гарри Поттер - наше всё. Каждый найдет тут что-то свое: кому-то придутся по душе разнообразные мини-игры, кому-то - интересный и динамичный геймплей, кому-то - исследование Хогвартса и его окрестностей.    … Expand

    I would give it -1 it was an option. Did anyone really test this game before release? And did they really find the movement of the characters and the camera angles "ok" (not saying satisfying on purpose)? Don'r reinvent the wheel people, just use the solution you had in prisoner of Azkaban: the movement, the camera, the CUT SCENE option...all perfect. One would imagine you would beI would give it -1 it was an option. Did anyone really test this game before release?     This game was miles better than Goblet of Fire, the graphics, music, Hogwarts Castle and the new exploration opportunity were a big improvement over the previous title. Overall a fun game, with some puzzles throughout Hogwarts.

    The only thing that didn't quite work for me and became a bit tedious was the horrible spell system, the way they wanted us to cast the spells.     Качество игр после третьей части упало, но в целом, добавилось огромное количество новых механик, за это можно и "8" влепить.

    я хз,судя по отзывам игра не оч,но когда я в неё играл(+-8 лет назад),то я не жаловался,но прошлая часть мне понравилась больше конечно же

    Никто не ждал, но оно стрельнуло. После убл*дского "Кубка огня" Орден Феникса кажется добротным приключением на 7 часов (если не проходить на 100%): сносная графика, прикольная реализация использования заклинаний (своего рода симулятор волшебника, каст заклятий зависит только от умения игрока и кривизны мышки, особенно это проявляется во время волшебных дуэлей), эффектные дуэли, боты вНикто не ждал, но оно стрельнуло. После убл*дского "Кубка огня" Орден Феникса кажется добротным приключением на 7 часов (если не проходить на 100%): сносная графика, прикольная реализация использования заклинаний (своего рода симулятор волшебника, каст заклятий зависит только от умения игрока и кривизны мышки, особенно это проявляется во время волшебных дуэлей), эффектные дуэли, боты в лице Рона и Гермионы больше не руинят игру. Приятным бонусом музыка из предыдущих частей игр и фильмов, которая добавляет атмосферу происходящему на экране.
    И самая главная фишка игры это просто ГИГАНТСКИХ масштабов Хогвартс, который воссоздан максимально идентично киношным версиям (кабинеты, коридоры, отдельные постройки и сооружения). Но на каждую бочку меда найдется своя ложка дегтя - кроме основных квестов побочек крайне мало или они не интересны, в награду досконального изучения Хогвартса дается контент интересный лишь фанатам (интервьюшки с актерами и режиссерами), а так же нет адекватного быстрого перемещения (картины скоротки и карта мародеров помогает, но этого мало) из за чего беготня по Хогвартсу от задания к заданию занимает 70% игры.

    It almost seems as if those virtual barriers we often find in video games have disappeared in this game, as if magic had taken over and made this game endless.

    A non-Harry Potter fan is going to look at Order of the Phoenix and only see the flaws -- the music drowns out the dialogue, sometimes Harry has trouble opening doors, and there's a graphical glitch here and there -- but if you know what gillyweed does and you don't have one of the better console versions, you'll enjoy this game.

    Despite its drawbacks, this is one of the better games in the Harry Potter series. Regrettably, it still lacks the kind of depth that would bring it closer to other competing games on the market.
