    How did this game even pass greenlight? it's totally unfinished and riddle with bugs, can't even adjust voice sounds to a normal level , some you can't even hear and others blasts your headphones (guards)

    Garry's incident look good compared to this game. It is the Garry's incident of 2014. Do not buy it. Why is it so bad? There is only one thing that I look for in a video game. That is an fun iterative experience. I have had more fun with watching My Little Pony with my daughter then with this game. It is vary boring. The graphics are horrible. You can clip thought tree and rocks. There seems to be a never endless amount of bugs and glitches.

    They said that there was stealth but that is a lie. You walk up to someone to pickpocket and they will say some like "hey get you bloody hands off me!". so to go in to stealth what you do is crouch and for some reason when your crouched they don't see you. On the way you get gold coins but I have found no use for them except to bribe a guard. but no worries you don't need to collect them on the way to bribe the guard because if you don't have the money to do it the guard will tell you to go steal the gold form the place he is guarding! The voice acting is some of the worst I have ever hard. Its like there art department did it in the bathroom on there spare time. some are WAY to loud and outer are way to quiet. so quit that the back round sounds are louder then the person talking to you.

    I thought Day one Garry's incident and Ride to Hell: Retribution would be the worst game that would ever be made but this one trumps both of them. I would give it a -10 if I could    … Expand

    Bad and glitched graphics
    Bad sound
    Glitched clipping
    No gameplay.. only a few features claimed by the devs are present on a better than half assed way.

    Anyway in case of doubt just check Steam reviews, censoring is usually a good indicator.

    Simply watch the review by TotalBiscuit to see all the poor textures, horrible story, broken black stroke, uneven sound levels, very limited dialog, lazy voice acting, game-play breaking bugs, no resolution settings and much much more. The only positive score for this game was most likely left by mistake.

    This is the worst game to be green lit by Valve, this is almost as bad as "Day One: Garry's Incident". If you look at any coverage of this game I can guarantee that it will be awful.

    I have no idea how this got throe steam green light. The game is very unfinished and it`s very bugy, sounds in this game are a joke, voice acting is horrriiibbbblllleeee and the game makes little sens to me.

    This game is a wreck, although I found the black stroke effect to be slightly entertaining. There's nothing quite like a female character rocking what looks like a beard below her chin because the black stroke is glitched. I would really be curious to see anyone actually play this game to conclusion to see what happens, cause I'm sure not going to.     Avoid, even if it's on sale, this is a game so poorly put together no over-arching concept can save it. If you like tight game-play great visuals and sound then stay away, if however you want a buggy, unplayable, ugly mess then by all means dive right in as this is the game for you.

    The game's mechanics themselves are broken and, upon completing an objective, the game plays an unfitting sound to accompany it's "achievements". Audio levels are all over the place. When you speak to one of the game's (poorly modeled and textured) npcs, their sound levels are all over the place, becoming louder at random, while still conveying the same emotion as previous, with no reason for any increased volume.
    The graphics options with the game are literally non-existent, it runs in an unchangeable resolution. I would tell you to go looking for some proof, but any videos critiquing the game have been taken down by the developer who continuously refuse their actions.

    This game is an absolute mess. Do Not Buy.    … Expand

    One of the worst games i have ever played. Riddled with bugs, the graphics belong in early PlayStation 1 barely. The animation quality is laughable. It is an all around awful mess and the developers should all quit and become hot dog vendors, because of their intellectual inadequacy

Add to it the fact that the company has filed a copyright claim against Total Biscuit's review of it, and you have the worst game and worst company of the year.

    After playing through the game I quickly realized that the textures, story, and audio quality left much to be desired. I also very much dislike FUN Creators' attempt at hiding or censoring negative critiques of the game. Not only is that unprofessional, but it also taints the image of the game.

    this game is awesome rustic fun! and i mean rustic fun in the same manner as wiping yourself with a pine cone after defecation. the collision planes are horrible, the sound is ripped, the dialogue actors are more wooden then the USS constitution. anyone giving this anything above a 2 obviously has a wardrobe that consists of straightjackets and like to be put into painful situations.

They have rushed this out while it's still in a late-Alpha stage in the hopes of recouping some of the money they no longer have. Things as simple as a map system just doesn't work. The player routinely clips through trees or rocks, the graphics feature ugly black lines around everything that make the characters look like parts of their faces are missing.     This game is broken, blatantly unfinished with terrible graphics and sound ,wooden animation and buggy gameplay. The player routinely clips through trees or rocks, the graphics feature ugly black lines around everything that make the characters look like parts of their faces are missing. The stealth system is a joke with enemies not seeing you even when you are crouched directly in front of them. When you attack to quickly the sound doubles, triples, quadruples on into infinity. The cherry on top of this crap sundae is that the game is littered with landmines in the form of nearly invisible instant death traps and game-breaking bugs.

    Simply put this game is a massive turd, and it wouldn't have ended there except for the massively unethical and illegal actions of the developer FUN Creators.

    First, FUN Creators filed a takedown notice against TotalBiscuit's WTF is Guise of the Wolf through Youtube, taking advantage of Youtubes craven and cowardly approach to copyright trolls IE automatically taking down videos and placing the burden of proof on the video creator to prove that they didn't commit copyright infringement. This is a violation of the law, but FUN Creators didn't stop there. When TotalBiscuit issued a challenge, they responded by saying "we're bigger than you channel and it would cost us nothing to send UK lawyers after you." Then, when TB went public with the threatening and harassing e-mails he'd gotten from FUN Creators, they desperately tried to backpedal and cover up the embarrassing e-mails by accusing TB of "photoshopping" the e-mails in question.

    Whatever you do DO NOT BUY THIS GAME. Not even out of curiosity. FUN Creators are criminals and do not deserve one single pence of you money.    … Expand

    The NPCs are boring and unoriginal, the texture work is shoddy at best, clipping is...god there just are no words for it, last game without clipping was on the ATARI 2600, I mean SERIOUSLY. The sounds range from ear-bleeding to coughing halfway around the world, especially in conversations (I think I've worn out my volume knob even THINKING about trying to hear the NPCs...) The environment looks like it was designed for the PS1, if the game was a launch title, the skybox alone makes super nintendo detail sprites look like next-gen graphics, and there's this extremely un-necessary 10px wide black border around EVERY SINGLE THING THAT EXISTS. Either go realism or cel-shading, there's absolutely no need to fake it unless it was a quick 3 day exercise in trying to hide the obvious 128x128 texture maps being repeated over and over and over...

    This is all in addition to the absolute nightmare that is FUN Creators. Constant harassment and censorship of negative reviews of their game, going so far as to -sue TotalBiscuit- ( http://i.imgur.com/w1iLIhi.png ) over his review of the game because he said the game is **** and the complete censorship, steam-account ban attempts, and total breakdown in which many, many people on steam, YouTube, twitter, and Reddit have all called the developers on. This is not a good business practice and it reflects poorly on the game as well when it's made by, well...I hate to use the term, but really the only thing that can describe these people is retards. I've seen kids with down syndrome make less buggy games and take criticism FAR better then FUN Creators.

    Oh, also...SeaCancer ( http://www.metacritic.com/user/SeaCancer ) is a FUN Creators developer. It's been proven that the same username is listing jobs FOR FUN CREATORS on varying job sites (Not for Guise of the Wolf, but proof of his affiliation: http://www.mapcore.org/topic/14899-paid-3d-character-model-designer/#entry298083 ) Do you really have to upvote your own game because it can't stand on it's own two feet? Instead of being sneaky and underhanded, try actually bug testing, beta phases, and try coding in a manner that's not bashing the dev's gonads into a set of typewriters with half the keys missing.

    Buggiest Game I have encountered to date. I crashed many times when encountering the worst textured wolf I've ever seen. Found it to have PlayStation One quality models, including the horrid clipping.

    Avoid at all costs.

    this game is garbage, avoid at all cost. you can clip through textures, animations are broken .. voice acting is terrible .. different voices played at different volume levels .. the only maybe bright side of this game is the idea of playing as a warewolf ... anything beyond that is a solid 0/10 !

    This game beats Bad Rats in terribleness. And that is saying something.

    This is like babby's first video game. It's as if a bunch of 3 year old's came together and mashed on a keyboard for a few hours and out spewed this piece of crap. Nothing about this game is good. Do not buy, under any circumstance.

    I'm honestly not sure which is worse, the game or the company that shat it out. What funcreators are trying to do right now really makes EA look good by comparison. not to mention the actual game is the worst thing I have ever seen. That includes, I might add, the entire NES library...think about that for a few minutes.

Other great features in this game include; sound overlapping when you attack and solid black lines outlining everything, including NPCs faces making them look like Madworld and borderlands 2 had a child in which they drank 5 bottles of Jagermeister and visited Chernobyl many times during pregnancy. This game is like an old school point and click adventure just like day of the tentacle or Monkey Island... if both those games were released in early alpha, with a level designing talent equivalent to 100x less than that of the people who designed sonic 06. One of my favorite features of the game is the Map that doesn't show you where you are. I also enjoyed the subtitles that don't match what the NPC is actually saying. This game does boast quite a bit of innovation though. This is the first game to ever actually have an NPC stutter every 5 seconds because the idle animation has to restart. Also this might be the only game ever created where the enter key changes the resolution and makes the game enter windowed mode cropped to the right, not to mention insta-kill death switches planted in the middle of doorways in pitch black dungeons. The only reason I played this abomination of a game is because my friend pirated it so that I could make fun of it with him. And honestly, we still wanted our money back. How this game got on steam for 15 dollars is beyond comprehension. This game is a disgrace to all indie games and small developers. For shame. Don't buy this game.… Expand

The developers simply screwed up. It was a terrible idea, the developers are obviously brain dead, and there is already major controversy surrounding it due to total biscuits review. JUST STAY AWAY!

Some of the most noticeable glitches are with the lack of no clippings being able to pass through walls and trees. Giving you pointless choices between the conversations but it is impossible to pay attention to when you are laughing at the lazy voice acting, and voice acting is key in this particular game for it's basically story driven. There are more problems and obnoxious mechanics with this game such as the lock picking system but they speak for themselves. In short, this game even being free is OVERpriced.… Expand

    I am really confused what the developers of this game considered to be the "target audience." The game is buggy and full of glitches. The sound design is repetitive and annoying, if the sound even decides to work. The graphics are stylized and lend an interesting take, but it's ruined by blatant graphics glitches and lazy design in some places.     This barely qualifies as a game, it looks like an N64 game with clipping all over the place, terrible sound and voice work that is bland and isn't normalized. No help or guide given and the game freezes when in windowed mode. Terrible. Stay away. Far away.

    I can't comprehend how anyone could think it was a good idea to release this game. Broken. To. Hell.

    The worst part of this is that the devs actually think they did a good job--as evident by the positive reviews they posted here. Dear god, I hope each one of them gets blacklisted from the industry. It's one thing to have no talent, it's another to have negative talent.

These games should really be checked. The voice acting is half assed at best. The textures were meh, that is the best way I can put it.     Giving this more than a 2 is just not right. The game is horribly broken, with missing textures and bugs everywhere. It looks like a game made by some college students in an hour or two. Do not buy this!

    Had alot of fun with this game. Graphics are excellent. Overall,this game is brilliant and it will you keep playing for a long time as it has lots of replay value.

    Wow. This is one of the worst video games I've ever played! It's just so clunky, and deformed. It's like the people who made this never even made a video game before in their life. I just hate to be so harsh, but this is not worth the cost whatsoever. Definitely pass this by, even if it's free.

    This game should NEVER have been given the green light on Steam. I can just sum this game up in one sentence. The graphics, gameplay, sound, game world and voice acting are all low budget and terrible! The idea sounds good on paper, but aside from an okay story, it falls painfully flat. Guise of the Wolf is an absolute disgrace of a game, and should be avoided at all costs.

    Clearly this is a case of the developers actively misleading their end customers. There is literally nothing here except for an enjoyable soundtrack which in no way redeems an utter train-wreck of a "game".

    It’s hard to tell if it’s the protagonist of Guise of the Wolf that’s cursed or the game itself. Stay away from this clunky mess of a game.
