    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I played this game before and I played this game again. Grand Theft Auto III is one of the 3rd Grand Theft Auto Games that completely played twice.

    The graphics in the game are good because it was an old game. Usually in old games felt it was made with paper magazines.

    When using the joystick it felt very wonky. That is why I have to rely on using the mouse and keyboard all the time. It's not how I usually remembered when I played Grand Theft Auto on my PC

    The weapons are just completely difficult to handle, One of the biggest that are hard to use are the sniper riffles and assault riffles. Making it very hard to use.

    The vehicles that I drove felt like everything was made with paper mache.

    The game has some glitches like the mountains in Shoreside Vale and bug which is the hard-to-use plane Dodo which is absolutely ironic that it means flightless bird.

    And one thing that I hated is how the Leone Family are just too dangerous. Meaning every time I go to Portland I get killed by the Leone Family and not just that but every other of those islands that kept on attacking me every time I completed a mission that started a feud.

    Safe houses were somewhat useful for saving but did not have more interaction. Meaning that I fully go check what is in the interior,

    One that is great about is the story. I played and it was pretty good that this focuses on after the events of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas when Catalina betrayed Claude all because of her greed. However almost didn't bring enough proper explanation of the story. One example is that what happened to Maria after the incident of the gun sound in the end.

    Either way. Grand Theft Auto III is a great game. I like to take the challenge but I didn't mean to challenge my bugs or glitches.    … Expand

    Third game in a series I love as much as Vice City. I probably played it even more than Vice City.

    GTA 3 was the first GTA I ever played. While it lacks the story and graphics of the newer entries, it's no different than the rest of the series in terms of the fun you get from playing GTA.

    First GTA I've ever played an I was stunned from the first minute. Graphics, gameplay, soundtrack, story, atmosphere - everything is nearly perfect. A golden hour for gaming. Overall rating: 9.1.

    Very good game, is fun and plenty of life. Good history and good missions but little repetitive late game and with not as free as other GTAs, with independent maps

    Grand Theft Auto III was my first AAA game I saw. I was absolutely blown away by that game. I was very fascinated by the fact that you can do whatever you want in the game and you have freedom. Of course, the whole controversy around the series arose here, because the possibility of killing people in games to such an extent was unprecedented until the time of GTAs, and GTA III gave it theGrand Theft Auto III was my first AAA game I saw. I was absolutely blown away by that game. I was very fascinated by the fact that you can do whatever you want in the game and you have freedom. Of course, the whole controversy around the series arose here, because the possibility of killing people in games to such an extent was unprecedented until the time of GTAs, and GTA III gave it the crown when the game changed the bird's eye view to full 3D and you had the opportunity to enjoy it all. violence several times better. In the game, you play as a guy named Claud, who is probably not mentioned for the whole game. It's quite mysterious. He didn't say a word for the whole game. From today's point of view, it's quite a minus and it removes a lot from the story, on the one hand, it somehow has its charm here, but mainly it's because it's an old game and for the time only that there was a story was total massacre. Good. I'm exaggerating. No massacre. The story didn't interest me then and won't interest me much even today, but it's just that the addition of cut-scenes to the game is nice and I just took the overall GTA III mainly revolutionary in that it switched to 3D graphics and you had the opportunity to really break out in the city. The cities here are quite mysterious. They have their own atmosphere. They are not dead, but at the same time they work here and there. This reminds me that there is a ghost town in the game, which is really weird and was only created for the opening cut-scene. The game has plenty to offer outside of the mission. The whole map is full of different Easter Eggs. In fact, you don't even have to search the city. All you have to do is drive and play. There has been no competition in the GTA series for many years. I'll put it this way. GTA III is no longer a master game, but then it was something crazy and I remember the moment exactly when this game got into my hands and I had the opportunity to try the delicious open-world that Rockstar Games can perhaps the best of all studies.     Yeah, that one made history and such, but I decided to play a few years ago and fortunately Rockstar had improved itself over the years. Don't see myself going back to this one again...

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. its good but hasn't aged as well as people say, first off the ai is either dumb or brutal. its also annoying because if you do some missions before others it will lock the missions rendering 100 percent unobtainable. also by the end of the game pretty much all of the gangs are mad at you making taxi, paramedic, and vigilante impossible. so you basically have to do all the side content before the main missions. which makes this game even more linear than later gta games. overall the base game is fine but there are a lot of issues. 6/10… Expand

С уверенностью говорю, что я не потратил ни единого часа игры зря! Игра почти полностью забита контентом, а это говорит о том, что игрок не будет скучать изучая мир игры, правда временами, мне казалось, что один из островов довольно скуп наЕдинственная часть франшизы в которую я не играл. Купил попробовал, забросил, но вот спустя некоторое время я решил пройти игру полностью. С уверенностью говорю, что я не потратил ни единого часа игры зря! Игра почти полностью забита контентом, а это говорит о том, что игрок не будет скучать изучая мир игры, правда временами, мне казалось, что один из островов довольно скуп на предоставление какого то контента. Сюжет, он не плохой, такая среднечковая гангстерская история, но, большое но, есть очень интересные миссии у некоторых персонажей, от которых влияет сюжет, и нет. Радио тоже в целом не плохое, есть прям шедевральные композиции! А вот саундтрек, мое почтение. В общем все звуковое сопровождение в игре отличное, звук шагов, звук машин, голоса прохожих, полицейских, оружия и второстепенных персонажей. Короче говоря, советую к ознакомлению данной классики игр!… Expand

Я понимаю, почему она считается революцией, ведь подобного затягивающего геймплея в играх от третьего лица до нее не было. Да и сюжет очень прост, но не банален, в нем интересная завязка (так и быть, спойлерить не буду).Полностью солидарен с "самой полезной" рецензией на русском, которая ниже. За исключением, правда, того, что я увидел в этой игре определенную глубину и проработанность. Я понимаю, почему она считается революцией, ведь подобного затягивающего геймплея в играх от третьего лица до нее не было. Да и сюжет очень прост, но не банален, в нем интересная завязка (так и быть, спойлерить не буду). Но я ее недопрошел. Похоже, в старых играх слишком многое зависит от скилла, слишком многое...     Атмосфера сірого кримінального міста. У радіо грає MSX FМ та хрящі летять із під колес твого авто під сирени поліції. Неймовірний контраст просто іноді зависаю катаючись по Нью-Йорку

    The first 3D GTA, which basically started it all... Jawdropping at its time, but aged pretty badly unfortunately... Still, for me the second best in the old-school 3D GTA series, right after Vice City

    Gta começou a ser gta de fato em gta 3, revolucionou demais, com um mundo aberto construído sobre uma atmosfera obscura, controlamos claude, que simplesmente não fala uma palavra no jogo inteiro, um homem frio, digo até desalmado, andando pelas ruas sujas e barulhentas de liberty city, ele apenas faz o que tem de ser feito, sem remorso, sem hesitação, o personagem anda de mãos dadas com oGta começou a ser gta de fato em gta 3, revolucionou demais, com um mundo aberto construído sobre uma atmosfera obscura, controlamos claude, que simplesmente não fala uma palavra no jogo inteiro, um homem frio, digo até desalmado, andando pelas ruas sujas e barulhentas de liberty city, ele apenas faz o que tem de ser feito, sem remorso, sem hesitação, o personagem anda de mãos dadas com o mundo que ele está inserido, obscuro! possui uma gameplay que hoje em dia é datada, porém aceitavel para época, Gta 3 coloca a rockstar no caminho para o que ela viria a se tornar!… Expand

    The only thing I noticed is that it was beautiful in its time. I tried to play but it doesn't work. It's perfect for the year it was released, but it's not a re-playable game. Vice city is definitely better.

    Shooting in a silent city while it's raining during a mission full of jokes and dark undertones... Even after all this years, it's still an amazing game.
