    The remastered version has been extremely disappointing. I didn't have the chance to play the original, but if they stayed true to the original concept, it must have been tough for gamers back then. Without easy access to the internet or manuals, it would have been challenging to figure out certain missions. For instance, stealing a gang car without any information or even a cutsceneThe remastered version has been extremely disappointing.     "Espresso 2 Go" mission was particularly infuriating. It made it extremely difficult for me to progress and enjoy the game. I haven't felt this frustrated with a game in a long time, to the point where I considered uninstalling it and switching to a different game on my PC. There were also bugs that prevented me from completing certain missions, like the escort mission with the van. Instead of the van reaching the garage, it would often get stuck on a bridge.

    The combat mechanics and driving model were terrible, and the overall story didn't captivate me. It's been a disappointing experience, and I've struggled to have any fun with the game.    … Expand

    Pretty lazy remaster, which looks like HD textures mod + ENB + a few new bugs. But it's still better to play this version than the original game.
